I was really looking forward to receiving my Polly in Purple heel shoes and impressed with a prompt arrival. Unfortunately I have returned them due to the right shoe being considerably tighter than the left. I do not have a wider right foot and it was obvious when looking at the 2 shoes that one was narrower at the front than the other. It is hard to find comfortable leather shoes today and I am really disappointed

These incredibly stylish shoes are ridiculously comfy, suitable for wearing all day for the office or special occasions.

Easy to order (apart from making up my mind which pair of sandals was my favourite!).
Arrived in 3 days and I am very pleased (got the Zoey black floral wedges). They are really comfy and I don't think they'll rub anywhere.
The only thing that has stopped me giving 5 stars, is that there was no invoice or paperwork of any kind, included. No return info or anything. If I hadn't liked them, or if the fit had been off, I'd have been searching for how and where, to return them. When ordering online, we get 14 days to return, and there shouldn't be a charge for doing so, but with no return label/info....?

Easy to buy came quickly

The shoes were incorrectly sized. Were marked as size 5/38 but were definitely bigger. I am always a standard size and these were not. Customer service were unsympathetic and I had to pay to return the shoes. So I will never risk ordering from you again. Very disappointed.

Bag was a present for my son, really good quality leather and nice classic design.

Shoes are nice. Look and feel of good quality but too small when trying on. The size guide would help if mentioning the style is of a smaller fit and maybe need to order a larger size.
