JUST MILK is 100% long life milk and nothing, but nothing else. We simply use the UHT process (Ultra High Temperature) where we heat the milk to 140°c which gets rid of every single spore present in untreated milk. This means you can store it in the cupboard for months and it won’t go off. Just stick it in the fridge once you open it.

Incorrect Milk Delivered
Took out a monthly subscription for semi skimmed. On 3rd delivery Lactose Free was sent, 3 attempts to contact them to rectify and still awaiting a response. Cancelling subscription shocking customer service!

Wrong order sent and no information about sending the correct order or what to do with the wrong milk sent. With no communication had to threaten cancellation of payment.

Query Information Provided
Have ordered from Just Milk many times taking advantage of "Multi Pack Discounts" meaning "2 packs (12 bottles) - £13.55" over 1 pack (6 bottles) - £7.69. Website 30/9/26 still £13.55 but Invoice states 2 packs £14.85. E-mail to Orders responded to by Alan who stated discounts are only applied when one subscribes. Not according to website/ my experience. Investigation needed, and a refund.

I ordered 4 cases of milk over 2 weeks ago, and I only received half. Despite numerous attempts i have had no communication or updates on the remainder of my order.

I order the gluten free milk
I order the gluten free milk. They used to sell it in Costco but not anymore. The website gives you discount on bulks orders.
I have never had a problem and been using them as my main gluten-free milk source for years.
