Great service from start to finish

This used to be a value for money provider of travel insurance, significantly cheaper than others, now it is easy to find policies priced a bit cheaper and with better terms.

Got Sports Cover from them for some golf clubs and they got me in the small print, evidently. For damaged items they take 10% off for each year from the date you purchased them which for golf equipment can lose you a lot of money, fast!

I also replaced one of my clubs with a second hand club and even though it cost less than half the RRP of the original club, they still somehow thought it was appropriate to take 10% off per year of the cost of the replacement club, but using the purchase date of the original club which makes zero sense. Ended up with about 40% of the money it cost me to replace everything. I would avoid like the plague.

Following changes in medical circumstances the underwriter withdrew our existing annual policy. But the interest shown, care taken, and help given by Dionne who went the extra mile enabled us to find insurance cover for our holiday.

Great price with good cover. Easy to organise.

Taking travel insurance was easy, especially with the wonderful Dionne to take care of everything. She patiently explained the policy, repeating and explaining anything I wasn’t sure about. I will keep your number handy for any other trip we undertake, and hope I speak to Dionne again, she is a real assets to your company.

Disappointed in the cruise travel insurance sold to us by Just Travel. Lovely sales people but let down by claims handling. Was assured by the sales lady that we had "missed ports" cover but good2go's claims handlers IMG are refusing to pay out for 2 missed ports on our cruise.. Will never buy from Just Travel again. Had cover with Just Travel for years but it is only when you claim that the problems start !!

So easy to use. Great prices considering we both have medical requirements. Returning customer. Would recommend highly.

I received an email reminding me to renew my policy. I followed the link to renew. At this stage the system did not allow me to amend my medical history, offered me a very expensive option that I did not want and also a 10% reduction code with nowhere to enter it. After 20 minutes I gave up in despair, telephoned the number given, waited another 10 minutes to be connected and then........I had a most helpful and courteous member of staff who sorted the addition to my medical history, gave me the level of cover for which I was looking and processed my renewal.

Competitive prices

We first used Just Travel Cover last year and were really impressed. The cover we chose suited our needs perfectly and was great value for money. The whole process, from getting a quote to receiving the documents, was simple, clear, and stress‑free.
We’ve used them again this year and upgraded to Gold cover for extra protection, and the price was still very reasonable. I trust this company and highly recommend them.
