Without any shadow of doubt 'Rob' I'm sure is a werewolf in disguise!
Whilst experiencing some difficulties with our two dogs we were informed of the immediate transformation after receiving expertise and guidance from Rob.
After a few one to one lessons, our two dogs were ' as everyone' I'm sure wants ! a pleasure to walk and to meet other people with or without dogs an absolute pleasure.
His knowledge in reading a dogs body language and postures were breathtaking and insane !
EVERY lesson was nothing but a positive proactive experience!!! Extremely educational both helping us/you becoming an owner of a dog that's admired and respected by many and all !
Highly recommend Rob with the highest quintessential skills of K9 training!
No other could have accomplished what he's done for our two dogs.

We've seen Rob for about 2 months now; 5 one on one sessions and 2 pack walks and the difference he's made to our previously very high energy dog is amazing.
Stanley has always been too friendly for his own good and despite seeing a number of other trainers, walking with him wasn't fun for anyone. On the lead he'd tug and lunge at everything, and off the lead he was deaf to us and did whatever he wanted.
But having worked with Rob, he’s now a joy to walk and listens to us on or off the lead – it honestly feels like we’ve got our life back and that walking him isn’t a stressful chore. With Rob being a balanced trainer I especially had to adjust my thinking in terms of disciplining and being firmer with him – we’d previously stuck to positivity only methods which clearly weren’t working. Rob has always been very open and has taken time to explain things to us and move at our own pace, all while balancing fun for us and Stanley and his welfare. He is still a work in progress, but we now have a dog that respects us far more but importantly has retained his friendly, playful and cuddly personality.
A massive benefit to Rob’s offering is the Pack Walks – an organised 2 hours walk every fortnight, with his other clients. Essentially this is a gathering of dog owners all going through the same issues with some further along the journey than others. The structured exercises throughout the walk keep things interesting and Rob is always on hand to help out if needed. Talking and seeing other owners and dogs gave us hope and the confidence we needed as we begun Stanley’s training.
One on one sessions with Rob have also been great. They merge with the previous and next booking so we all help each other out and share what we learn whilst testing our dogs, all under the expert supervision of Rob. It really is a testament to him that other clients are happy to be ‘stooges’ to help others too.
I couldn’t recommend Rob more. It’s the best decision we’ve made for Stanley and ourselves, that I wish we’d tried years ago.

I reached out to Rob in absolute desperation after my rescue dog became very aggressive to both other dogs and people. I felt I'd been let down by other trainers and was at the point of considering euthanasia as I thought my dog was beyond help. After our first appointment I saw an unbelievable change in my dog. I have continued to work with Rob and I have seen my dog go from strength to strength, and watch her blossom before my very own eyes. She now enjoys life fully and I am so proud of her progress and achievements. This absolutely would not have been possible without Rob's knowledge, patience, guidance and faith in both myself and my dog. He really has transformed our lives. Thank you, Rob! 😊

4 sessions in. Significantly less reactive dog, particularly when on lead with other dogs (last Saturday 15-20). Despite the beating he must have had in the past he's much more relaxed and trust has accelerated working with Rob. Today's session was potentially pushing him, off lead with game birds, squirrels and deer around. Returned on command once he started stalking with only occasional repetition. Finally a walk with 3 other dogs through same fields and woodland, no reactivity and towards end play engagement. Come a long way in short time. Nice one Rob 👍

I was extremely anxious before meeting Rob with my dog reactive GSD. He was completely non judgemental and spent so long explaining things to me and making sure I had ample time to practice what he taught me. I took my teenage daughter along and he was more than happy to show us both the techniques we needed to help my GSD.

My dog is an Eastern European rescue dog and most of her history is unknown. She has improved a lot over time but there was just this one more thing that I was having trouble with. She was fearful and very aggressive reactive. When my dog first met Rob, she was barking, snarling, and lunging at him - she took an instant dislike to him which was kind of expected due to her having a fear of mostly men. It took some time but Rob worked with her and eventually she calmed down enough to allow him to stroke her and gain a bit of confidence - enough for her to tolerate him. We left the first meeting armed with the right tools to continue working with her for the coming week. The following week, we again met with Rob and Tim joined him this time. We had already put her muzzle on but this time, she approached Rob and Tim with her tail between her legs practically begging them to take the muzzle off. Within minutes, Rob had removed the muzzle and she was wagging her tail and taking treats from his hand - she completely fell in love with Tim who she had never met before!! None of us could believe this was happening!! 1 week and she was a changed dog!! If you are reading this and doubting anyone can help you and your dog - don’t doubt anymore and give Rob a call. I guarantee he will be able to help you. I’m beyond grateful we had this time with Rob and his team - we have more work to do but my dog is getting better as time goes on.

Met Rob two weeks ago for our initial assessment for my human and dog reactive Rottweiler. After the initial assessment we were already getting results!
Two training sessions later and the progress we’ve made is unbelievable! Rob is an excellent trainer who is extremely knowledgeable and I can’t rate him enough! He’s very genuine and cares about the owners too- he cares about fixing the issues not peoples bank accounts (although he’s worth every penny).
I very much look forward to continuing my dogs journey with him.

We’ve had 4 sessions with Rob at K9 Control & the difference with our german shepherd/ belgian shepherd -harry is unbelievable!!
He will now walk on a loose lead & he has been off lead with other dogs ( never thought this was possible ( after he was attacked by 5 dogs as a 7 month old puppy) .
No dog is too much effort for rob , they also do pack walks so more socialising is great - would strongly recommend K9 CONTROL, absolutely worth every penny - looking forward to more sessions & seeing Harry progress further 👍👍 Cheers Rob - Matt & Caz

I couldn’t recommend K9 Control highly enough.
Having had sessions with previous trainers with my reactive dog Rob changed our future within 30 seconds.

Straight away had my dog walking to heal something that I struggled with since a puppy.

He was extremely reactive to myself and partner and also dog reactive while on walks, and now a couple of months later my 4 year old daughter can even walk him.

It’s not just the one session with Rob it’s the constant aftercare you also receive from messages to phone calls to invitations to pack structured pack walks with other reactive dogs where no one is judged as we were all at the same stage somewhere along the line.

I can now walk my dog with full confidence be it into town or next to other dogs and interacting with them.

From reactivity to recall Rob has cracked everything with varied techniques he has a great wealth of knowledge in the dog world.

Our French Bulldog Bruce is reactive to dogs . He is 6 years old and taking him out is a nightmare . I would cross over , hide until dogs had passed , just avoid dogs . His lunging and screaming was awful .I went on a pack walk with Rob and within 6/7 minutes he had Bruce walking nicely and we continued on the pack walk with all the other dogs . I couldn’t believe what I was seeing , watching Rob with all the dogs on the walk , he absolutely is amazing at what he does with each and every dog . I would 100% recommend him and his work . It speaks for itself .

Rob had my dog walking nicely on the lead straight away and then walking next to another dog which I didn't think was possible. Exceeded my expectations! Now looking forward to walking my dog instead of dreading it. Highly recommended.

5 stars, Rob is a fab trainer and really helped me work on my huntaways dog reactivity and pulling on the lead,I was shocked at how quick he had her walking nicely next to me and she continues to still do so. She's a work in progress but I now have the tools and know what I should be doing.
Robs pack walks are also a great way to meet others that have similar dog issues so you do not feel so alone when you are at a complete loss with them.
If you have any dog issues I would definitely recommend Rob.

Rob at K9 control has changed our dog’s life for the better, training us to train her , being able to understand her behaviour and correct it when needed.
Rob has spent a lot of time and energy with all the family , he is truly dedicated in providing dogs with issues a better outlook of life .

Rob is a very knowledgeable man, he helped me with my reactive whippet.
Also he explained how to work through things and within half an hour my dog was walking by my side on a loose leash.

Amazing trainer. Highly recommend. My GSD was human and dog reactive. Tried many trainers previously without any change at all. Rob really understands challenging behaviour and isn’t afraid to take control of any situation or handle the dog himself. The results were staggering to be honest and very quickly my previously reactive dog was walking nicely AND ENJOYING IT!!!! Rob challenges the owners too and ensures the time spent is maximised to give great value. I can honestly say the training has changed my dogs life and mine forever. We can now have a happy and fulfilled life together. GREAT TRAINER! GREAT RESULTS!

Had session with Rob,to fix my dogs behaviour. Pulling the lead when walking and not responding to recall. For my big surprise it took him only hour to completely change my dog’s walking,and recall. Now I can enjoy walking with my dog.Definitely recommend,highly professional does understand how to approach your dog and explains all the process to owner so you can do your homework at home.

Dexter and I attended a structured pack walk on Sat 23rd round Pamber forest, we have not had any training from Rob, but was suggested this was a good introduction to him and his ways of teaching, and getting Dexter out and “interacting” with other dogs, I was quite apprehensive at first as Dexter is dog reactive, Rob must have noticed this straight away and came over to put my mind at ease..

The walk was very well organized with Rob floating up and down the line spending time with every dog/owner, and I felt he spent a very reasonable amount of time with Dexter and myself as we walked through the forest, he let me use a lead he has brought, as he said the one I was using didn’t have enough control, and this did in fact make an instant difference, I have since purchased a similar lead for myself.

Throughout the 2 hours, he would stop in an open space and get everyone into a big circle and do some more group based training and would ask if anyone had any needs or questions.

There are things that he mentioned or mentioned by others to me that had been on previous walks, that I have put into my daily routine with Dexter already and seen a massive difference.

A really enjoyable experience, and will continue to return.
