Quality of design
I was really disappointed with the quality of my purchase from Kaiia. I bought the yellow hoodie with the silver Kaiia logo on the front, and after washing it just once, exactly according to the care instructions, the silver Kaiia print completely came off.
For the price, I expected much better quality and for the logo to last longer than a single wash. It's such a shame because I really liked the hoodie, but the print peeling off after one wash is unacceptable. I hope Kaiia improves the quality of its products and addresses this issue.

Minor problem that was resolved quickly
Had a slight issue with the stitching on one pair of joggers, got a partial refund and still got to keep the item, which in my opinion is pretty decent considering I could just resow that bit myself.
The actual quality of the tracksuits are amazing their thick breathable and very fluffy inside. I wouldn’t say their are any other brand that have styles quite like kaiia.
I Was a little disappointed in that stitching as it seemed to be a one off as my other items of clothing were perfect however it was all resolved in less than an hour and I now have a refund on the way.
The clothing are easily a 10/10 and customer support was just as good.
