Nice design, but room for improvement.
Nice design but the elastic gave it a cheap feel, my SO was rather underwhelmed, which was disappointing.

The bracelets that you ordered are made with elastic rope as mentioned in the product specifications. We do use a high-resistance elastic band and we really doubt if you can find an elastic with better quality than the one we use...

Bracelet is lovely
Bracelet is lovely, when I first put it on I loved it. Within a week it’s discoloured and now looks drab.

Quality is great, Love the design, Excellent service
Saw the bracelet on Instagram and thought it looked really cool and just what I was looking for as a pressie for my husband, so thought I would give them a go. The order arrived much quicker than expected.
I'm so pleased with this bracelet, I want one for myself now. The quality, design and service exceeded my expectations.

All your emails have been responded on the same day and we have sent you the link to our returns portal twice. Access to the returns portal is available on our website as well, if you scroll all the way down.
You can find all your order details on the order confirmation email. We have also advised your order number as well as the email address you used upon placing the order via a separate email as well...
Our returns process is rather straight forward and absolutely free
While we appreciate you leaving a review, we struggle to justify the 1-star you have given us... We hope that you will re-consider your rating or at least you will let us know at which point you were not satisfied by our service.
