Doing fine
Delivery fast, board is fine. Though after three sessions you can already feel the board taking some toll. Will only get my hardboard in winter so let's see how it does quality wise until then.

Board gekauft und dann nicht verfügbar!
Habe das Foamy Fun X 8.0 direkt auf der Homepage bestellt. Nach 5 Tagen kam dann die Nachricht, dass es nicht mehr vorhanden sei. Dennoch war das Board bis heute (weitere 5 Tage später) immer noch im Online Shop zum Kauf auswählbar. Mir wurde alternativ B-Ware angeboten, die ich gerne annehmen wollte. Diese war dann aber auch nicht mehr verfügbar. Vor 17 Stunden wurde eine Kommentar zur Bewertung des Online-Shops abgegeben, der sich über die perfekte und schnelle Lieferung eines Foamy Fun X 8.0 freut. Alles in Allem eine sehr unerfreuliche Erfahrung und kein Verlass auf Angaben auf der Homepage oder des Kundenservice

Top customer service and product quality
Board und essentials gekauft. Gute Qualität. Die Fernberatung ist top, die Menschen ultra nett und professionell. Die Antwortszeit ist schnell. Die Ware ist sehr schnell geliefert worden. Bei mir fehlte ein Paketteil, das unterwegs wohl verloren ging. Es wurde super schnell ersetzt, danke dafür. Gerne mal wieder 🤗🥳🌊🏄🏻♀️☀️

Top Serviceleistung
Als neuling im Riversurfen hatte ich viele Fragen zu Beginn und als ich mich dann für eins der beiden zur Auswahlstehenden Surfboard entscheiden musste.
Ich hab sehr schnell Antworten erhalten super Tipps bekommen und konnte sogar über surfboards die nicht von Kanoa sind was nachfragen ohne das das nicht gut aufgenommen wurde.
Zudem gab es einen guten Deal für eine Komplett Ausrüstung was ich echt top finde.
Die Versendung war unglaublich schnell trotz des Standartversands innerhalb 24 Std war mein Board und die Ausrüstung bei mir.
Muss echt sagen Top Service in allen belangen.
So kann man sich richtig auf den Start des neuen Sports freuen.
