Close to perfect
I was searching for a beginner surfboard. The advice via chat/mail was super friendly, quick and professional. Packaging and deliver was on the same level. Unfortunately the board had some damages but they are just visual and no real problem. After sales service was super smooth and I got an offer where I couldn't say no and I kept the board. If the board now rides well, I am super happy.
So why no 5 star rating? The quality management should be improved to achieve that the board is looking as perfect as all other aspects of the purchase.

Sorry to hear that your board had slight visual deviations. I want to point out, that all our hardboards are handcrafted by a super skilled team of shapers. Nevertheless, small deviations can happen and in those cases we're always here to provide an appropriate and fast solution.

Lange gedauert, falsches geliefert, keine Antwort
Hat lange gedauert, bis endlich die Ersatz Finnenschrauben kamen, es wurden jedoch falsche geliefert. Auf 2-malige Nachfrage per Mail bisher keine Antwort.

Erst nach obiger Bewertung auf Trustpilot war man gewillt und auch in der Lage mich zu kontaktieren.

Tut mir leid zu hören, dass bei deiner Bestellung etwas schief gelaufen ist. Ich vermute das lässt sich super einfach aufklären. Bitte schreib uns doch nochmal schnell eine Mail an aloha@kanoa-surfboards.com oder schreibe uns im Chat. Auf deinen Namen finde ich bisher keine Bestellung bei uns im System, aber ich bin mir sicher, dass wir hier eine schnelle einfache Lösung finden und deine Mail nur untergegangen ist.
Und auch von uns ein Nachtrag: Leider haben wir von euch keine Mails in unseren Postfächern erhalten. Ich habe dir aber bereits eine Mail geschrieben und würde mich freuen wenn ihr uns erklärt was genau schief gelaufen ist.

Schneller und netter Kundenservice
Wirklich schneller und netter Service. Auf Nachfrage, wann das Board ankommt, damit es rechtzeitig für den Surftrip da ist, habe ich sehr ausführliche Infos zum Stand bekommen und es wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert, dass es früh genug rausgeht, auch wenn es durch Ausfälle im Team etwas länger gedauert hat. Unterwegs habe ich bemerkt, dass leider noch die Finnenkästen gefehlt haben, und auch hier gab es eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Lösung und die Kästen wurden mir ins Ausland nachgeschickt. Das Brett selbst (Foamy) ist auch top, macht jede Menge Spaß. Macht weiter so!

Outstanding Product, combination with curfboard trucks works great.
My Wife mostly uses the Curfish now and it is her favourite. It is very easy to pump. The deck is lower to the ground than with any other truck system. Deck shape and wheelbase are perfect for her stance. This provides a very safe feeling, even with the very loose front axle. Still no complaints!
