This is my 5th time to karma royal Candidasa. It’s my favourite place in bali. The staff and food were all excellent. I knew in advance there was work being done on a new walkway along the beach but it didn’t detract from a great time. Already booked in again for Christmas break. Very happy karma member

My experience at Karma Vythiri was fabulous. The serene ambience,picture-postcard landscape,very courteous and helpful staff,Good tasty food,made the visit worthwhile,inspite of some teething problems the new resort is facing.I am sure that will be overcome,once all the facilities are in full swing.We wish them the very Best.

Had a decent stay at karma vythri from jul 1 to jul 5. Adnan helped a lot for planning local trips. Mounica helped us for restaurent menu. Overall it was a very good experience among greenery. Villas were neat and clean.

Our stay at Panalee was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, there was no usable beach access due to the very low tide during our stay. We also felt that Indian guests did not receive the same level of attention as some other guests from the restaurant staff, manager, and quiz host. We hope the resort continues to improve and ensures that every guest is treated with equal warmth and respect.

We had an amazing time at the Chateau de Samary. The chateau is beautiful and the restaurant they have down the road is lovely. We met some lovely people and everything was so totally French. There is no air conditioning but that is due to the local authorities. The pool, the grounds, the staff everything is tip top! Will definitely go back 😊

Karma Panalee was a fantastic place. The Beach Club was amazing and the organised evenings were fabulous. The staff were very friendly and Ed did an amazing job at the organisation of the functions in the evening. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend and we will return. The rooms were clean and you had everything you needed.

Most Amazing Hospitality by the Team. Its a great place to have QUALITY OF STAY AND QUALITY FOOD & SAFE vacation with entire family.
We All simply enjoyed the entire period of our stay.

Stay was ok. Although the propoerty is qute big and prime location. Rooms were average and not much to do inside the property. Commute from room to the common area was difficult and had to reply on car pick and drop.

Karma need to improve the facilities and upgrade the rooms to make it convienent for the stay for a family.

I spent three days with my family had two cottages which were very spacious near and clean with beautiful river and hills view. Food was delicious and staff very polite and humble. Would love to visit again. As a karma member recommend this Resort to everyone.

Nice location and resort also , all services are amezing , infrastructure also very good . overall nice experience in lakewood resorts .nice staff and all services , cottage also very clean .

Great service, there was a driver waiting for us at the airport from an evening flight.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Meals were great. Very quiet & intermittent resort. Easy walking distance to a beautiful beach.
Staff arranged transport to Sanur Port so was a great couple of days relaxing before our next adventure.

Need to clean up the floor where the evening programs are held- poor sound and mosquito problem is very irritating. Just couldn't sit thru a movie shown.

Hotel room, room cleaning buggy services was excellent only thing was we were given 3 rd floor room without lift we are senior citizens with leg pain it was horrible to climb each time.

Nothing but a scam, their location are pretty average, the inclusions and facilities are well below average and you can always get cheaper deals without being member from better reliable providers.

Panalee …..,,,loved being on Koh Samui at Panalee. Lovely accommodation and facilities. Have to admit the Two palm's restaurant and pool were the added extra bonus for our stay. Ed was a great host and really lifting the exposure of the palms and all the activities. We appreciated the special service we received too cheers Ed, The staff there were absolutely fantastic and friendly … especially you Win . A great time was had by us.Thankyou

It was great stay as always rooms were clean staff was very cooperative and helpful.

Our stay at Karma Boat Lagoon Resort in Phuket was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautifully located in a peaceful marina setting, making it the perfect place to relax while still being within easy reach of Phuket's major attractions.
We booked for Phi Phi islands tour from Karma itself and for the rest of our trips to local places we used Bolt which was quiet convenient.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The staff were exceptionally warm, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The Karma representatives were very helpful.

I had so looked forward to my trip this year. I was to celebrate my 80 th birthday with my family at the resort
We were in contact with your events team making all the plans and every member of my family who first time visitors to Bali were all excited
We booked 4 Villas
On arrival things looked great The resort was an excellent choice for the celebration and we all were impressed that the maintenance of the property was as good as before
The bombshell came when the event manager came to finalise the menu for the event
The event was to be set up at the beach , not in the restaurant but on the beach proper which she readily consented only to be told that he tram was under maintenance and we had to use the shuttle to the beach
That was the most stupid suggestion knowing that there were several senior members in the family
A total let down a repeat from last year when we stayed at jimbaran and came for my birthday party to Ganesha
Almost never made until we had to threaten them
Two times in a row????
Time Mr Spence you woke up to reality of the short coming of karma Kandara
Surely karma can afford a permanent solution to the constant tram breakdown
I cancelled all my functions with utter disgust at what happened to screw my happiness
This is no fault of the service staff who provided excellent service during our stay
It is the board of Directors who should take full responsibility of this disaster and rectify this for the future or else I can assure you it will caste a cloud on your credibility as a premier 7 star resort
Now I intend to persue this matter unless all my point used are refunded to me
Please do not take this personally being a fractional owner for several years I have enjoyed the services so far but you have to admit that there was blunder this time and I expect that you would rectify that
For your staff and resort facility and maintenance I give you 5 stars but for the senior management and Directors I say you are a shame
