Very easy to use! Just need a phone. Also the verification process is very fast and simple, even if for international drivers. The rent is much cheaper compare to normal rental site. The thing I like the most is that you can choose the location near you to pick up the car.

It was worth the price and process was easy to set up.

My First experience of using Karshare and I’ve been trying for well over a week to get hold of customer services on the phone to no one available. I’ve opted for call backs and no one has returned my calls. I’ve stayed on the line only to be told time after time I’m being connected and then a voicemail to say no one is available after being on hold for over 40 minutes!

Karshare app is so easy to use! I loved using the app to rent a car for a long weekend! Got this cute fiat 500 not far from my house, they have a wide variety of options available and the app is amazing to use, you can lock and unlock the car with the app! I would 100% recommend to anyone!

Karshare has been incredibly easy to use, the customer service is also very good, response times are fast and if there have been any unexpected changes made to your booking they’re very helpful. The idea of letting people who are under 25 rent cars without having to face the ageism from insurance and rental companies is fantastic.

The only 2 reasons I didn’t give Karshare a full 5 stars is a on a minor issue with the concept itself and the tracking. You are using someone else’s car when they aren’t using it, so they can cancel your booking right after you’ve made it, which can be a bit infuriating at times if it happens to you numerous times (highest number of times I’ve experienced for one trip is 3 times), so have a backup plan in mind just in case. Also, the vehicle tracking records your driving score in speed and smoothness, however from what I’ve observed the smoothness bit is incredibly hardcore and the score plummets in traffic, which is a tad unfair as the traffic isn’t the driver’s fault.

I had some issues with my deposit but the company’s customer service contacted me and solved the issues immediately and issued me refund for it. Love the experience and services provided by the company.

I installed the app and signed up for Karshare. This was very easy. Confirming my driver’s license and identity was equally easy, so was choosing a car to rent, reporting its condition on the app and even opening it with the app. The app kept an eye on km driven and fuel capacity. The return also went very smoothly. Perfect service.

Customer Experience offered a refund for my bad experience with my first Karshare.

They charged me for fuel, even though I left it with more fuel. It didn’t let me post a review of the car on the app so i will post here. The car stank of alcohol and drugs. God forbid if I’d were stopped by police. You turn on the car and you were presented with a warning that the car needs engine oil and tire pressure. There were also what sounded like glass bottles in the trunk but I was too afraid to check. The car got me to my interview and back but you get what you pay for I guess.

Brilliant company

I have rented 3 cars in the last 8 months and I cannot recommend them enough. Booking is easy, cars rented all superb and the staff are super friendly and efficient if you need help. The cost of renting is more than competitive, feel I am getting value for my money. 👍👍👍

Loved the way they rate your driving and how you can get kudos for being a good driving and the extra cash you get is a real bonus.

Super, Super and Super!

I've been using Karshare for a while now and has always been really good, it doesn't cost much and the cars are in good conditions, I've started using it when I was under 25 cause the other car hire companies would make me pay a lot just cause I was young, anyway now I'm 25 and I still use it, To find a book a car is really quick and the start and end of the rental take around 10 minutes or so, so it's quite quick, and it allows me to move more easily around the country.
I never found any electric car to rent so far, it would be nice to be able to, but at the moment even the "normal" companies that rent cars don't actually have electric cars so it's not really a downside, more something that would be nice to have.

Easy service, excellent customer service. I will definately will use again
