This app is great!
This app is so convenient - I’ve been using it for a while now; it’s perfect for little trips! I’ve never had any issues, the communication with Karshare is very quick and easy if ever you have any questions or problems on the app.
Definitely recommend!

The experience was overall amazing
The experience was overall amazing. I would just hope for the app to be more responsive as it’s vital for the service. I had issues in the car not updating it’s location when I went for the drop off. Other than that it was lovely and very easy

Rented a Mini Cooper for 4 days for…
Rented a Mini Cooper for 4 days for about £350. We did so for the convenience of driving back to London on the last day. Car hadn’t bee serviced properly, and so the engine started playing up. No drivers manual in the car, needed an oil top up. We took about 1hr30 to sort it.
Karshare we useless, and only gave us £25 for the inconvenience.
Will use Turo next time

Good car but Return location issue
The car was of good quality and the owner helped me solve an issue with the return location.
There was a problem with the return location. The return location in the app was not the one wanted by the owner. Therefore, I had to call the owner and call Karshare service to solve this issue.

Good experience overall
My first experience of using karshare was good. I was pleased with the ease of registering, the range of vehicles available and value for money. I wouldve given a higher rating but I had a technical issue with the app, which was a bit stressful but managed to sort it out eventually.

Handy service to be available
Used the service to get me to a funeral. Great little car easy to arrange.
Deposit was 350 but paid back with 4 days and now my deposit is only 49 so all is good.

Needs improvement and investment
Has huge potential, but loads of glitches, mistakes, Bluetooth issues with cars, poor customer service, payment issues, incorrect charges. Have tried and tried to get them resolved but doesn’t ever seem to get fixed.. I’ve used Karshare for nearly 2-years and havnt seen an improvement..

Straightforward simple to use app with clear instructions. Updates on when car is to be returned and where. Bluetooth connectivity is excellent. Deposit return very quickly.

I drove perfectly and didn’t overspeed…
I had an issue with karshare regarding the score but it has been solved now. Thanks to Sarah, she has been really helpful in resolving and the response time was really good.

Thank you for your time on the phone. As discussed, the driver score is automatically generated and we can see overall driving score was good but dropped for smooth driving.
The overall score as well as other factors such as age, years you have held your license and how may rentals you have with us are all factors we consider for renters.
This is to ensure that our owners' cars are looked after to the highest standard.
We have offered you some suggestions and advice on how to get a better score and we look forward to offering you more rentals going forward.

Karshare is very convenient.The process to rent a car and the concept is wonderful. I got a wonderful car for a very reasonable price.
