A £250 deposit is taken and kept by this company for 7 days. I changed my payment method as a consequence but they still took the deposit from my current account without any warning or opportunity to discuss. I will not use again. EDIT: AFTER I changed the payment method to a credit card they STILL took the deposit from my current account without contacting me. I didn't 'misunderstand' or miss anything. Karshare on the other hand......

Everything is always very smooth and easy. Amazing prices!! And the deposit gets lower with time if you drive good. Really worth! Just promote it more so more people list their cars and there is greater coverage around the UK

First time user and I am impressed! The App is great and work perfectly: very intuitive and guide me step by step during all the steps.
The car was impeccable, clean and tidy as new. I will use again the service and raccomand to my friends.

UPDATE: I eventually received a response and my money back after a couple weeks and payment for missing petrol and phone wire. But I’m now being questioned as renter is saying they replaced the tyre even though it was flat when I arrived and the exact same tyre as I got when I bought the car new.. and they’re (renter) apparently saying there wasn’t a wheelnut (untrue) but they changed the tyre magically.. so received all compensation in the end but personally the stress and time it took to be dealt with wasn’t really worth the £100 I got (which included to make up for petrol and car needing to be cleaned etc)

Absolutely shocking service. I am a car owner and the first time my car was rented out it was returned with a flat tire, they lied about how many miles they did, they lied about what petrol was left in the car and stole my iPhone wire, I contacted Karshare as soon as possible And let them know about all of this. They told me I needed to pay for the tire to be replaced which cost me over £200 (and took 3 hours out of my working day to be sorted) and once I’ve sent the invoice they would process the payment for me. It’s been four days now and my emails are getting ignored. I’ve sent numerous emails. Tried to call spoke on live chat sent over the invoice more than once and still haven’t received any confirmation that the payment is being made, I’m now out of pocket because of this company and the way they have treated me has been disgusting. I have bills coming out of my account that I am now concerned won’t be able to be paid because this company will not give me my money back. They haven’t even dealt with all of the issues at hand and are continuing to just ignore me, would not recommend using this company to anybody, I massively regret ever signing up.

I rented a Range Rover from them couple days ago and I’ll be back to rent it again everything went smoothly bar them giving me 75/100 overall driving rating when I think I should of got 100/100 the back seat of the car wasn’t clean but other than that everything was cool customer service helped me and was quick to answer. Accessing and return the
Vehicle was simple, I had no problem with either. I also received my deposit within two working days. I would recommend Karshare and I will be using them again.

Great service...easy apart from when your battery on phone dies as it uses the App...give the key as well just in case...if you did wud giv 5 star. Easier than other main stream rentals as you can return anytime on weekends.
