Tried renting a car for the first time thought it had all gone through but for some reason the owner cancelled. I would of liked an explanation but understand these things happen.
On the plus side a friendly from Karshare representative called, apologised and othered me a generous discount on my next rental.

A regular customer, love the Karshare App. A new way to book cars really pleased with it. App is easy to use and reasonable prices that don’t cause a heart attack!!

The process of how to use the app is simple and easy to learn. There are some guidelines within the app and the instruction in almost every rental procedure step. Only a few worry about using the app to unlock the car cause it's pretty risky if you run out of your phone battery.

I would like to personally thank Aji who was quick to resolve an issue swiftly and get me on my way with my rental.

Karshare is a brilliant concept for car hire. Basically its airbnb but for cars. People renting other peoples cars. They really have executed it brilliantly. Very easy to use. No contact pick up and drop offs. One criticism that I have is that you could previously add up to three additional drivers free of charge. All you had to ring up and give their Karshare account details for them to be added onto the policy. However now there is a £15 charge for each additional driver. The price is not an issue however this would have been a good bit of info that should have been highlighted when booking a vehicle. Still rate it 5/5.

Very easy to use app. Cars are available near me. Better that hiyacar and Turo in my experience. Even if things go wrong the customer service is very good and always available on the phone.

Wicked company.

When first coming across the app, I was worried about the legitness of the company, after a quick and easy phone call with their support team all my worries were put to rest.

They have many security factors in place for both renters and car owners, that makes this app an easy to use, CHEAP, and reliable way of renting cars.

I will deffo be using their company again and I recommend you do to! They even gave me a bonus for my good driving haha!

My immediate reaction was that this appeared to be a great service, but the opaque charges quickly add up to make this the most expensive way to rent a car I've ever experienced. Then due to bugs in the app they tried to whack an extra £130 fuel charge on top saying I returned the car empty ... when I raised this they refunded it but gave me a completely different reason for why this happened that was at odds with what their app stated.

Great car. Easy app to use.

Karshare are so on the ball when anything goes wrong, a recent scrape on the car was fixed quickly, and the car is good as new

Had to get rid of my old banger because of ULEZ in London, so tried Karshare for a weekend getaway with friends. Completely stress free compared to other car rental options - and very reasonably priced. Will defo use again :)

I found the process of booking cars with Karshare is very simple. Book with the app, unlock the car with my phone, small deposit.

I had such an amazing experience renting with Karshare. Everything from the verification to pick up and drop off was very smooth and it has some great features that makes renting with Karshare so much better than its competitors. I highly recommend anyone to it.

easy clean service with karshare, and no hassle

Great app and will use it over and over again. A little annoying that if you have no internet connection then the car won’t unlock etc. As long as the signal is good, everything should be fine

Good use of the app, very easy to use and to find cars around me to rent. The only downside is that you need strong internet connection to connect with the car. This is OK if you’re going to be in town/city but if you’re out in the countryside and the internet is down, you’re going to have problems. Not sure how to go about this but perhaps Karshare can look into this.
