Wir bewerten in erster Linie die Erfahrung und legen dabei Wert auf Ehrlichkeit und Sorgfalt bei der Warenlieferung. Ein Problem war jedoch, dass die Kartons nicht ordnungsgemäß verpackt waren.
Sehr gute Preise und Qualität. Vor allem schön das das Geschäft jetzt auch Online Produkte anbietet! Pakete können auch Problemlos ins Ausland verschickt werden.

Your got delayed a bit because we only process vegetable orders from Wednesday to Friday to ensure freshness.
Additionally there was a holiday in-between which is why it got delayed additionally.

I am very sorry to hear about your problems with our delivery.
We always ensure that the vegetables are fresh when sent and in your case only 500g Karela of total 5kg vegetables got rotten (as you depicted in your images).
This was due to an unexpected delay in the delivery. For this our courier company compensated us which we forwardes to you.
So you got your money back within 1 day after complaint.
We will still use your feedback to improve our delivery systems.for the future.

I love your stuff.... They are really good. But I was wondering if you could also sell things like super cake, gogo, shahi meva. And biscuits like choco lava, rio, naan khatai, prince.
But mostly BRAVO and BISTICS!!!!!!!
I hope you can buy these things because they are also really good. Many people love these things and I think many more will buy these things.😀😀🙂

Not bad
Products were in ok condition. I think the package dropped was not in the best of packing. The box was damaged, package arrived in poor boxing.

Die Lieferung kam deutlich verspätet an.
Zusätzlich haben zwei bezahlte Artikel gefehlt.
Ich habe Sie mehrfach kontaktiert.
Bis heute habe ich weder die fehlenden Artikel erhalten noch eine Rückerstattung.
Meine Nachrichten werden gelesen, aber nicht beantwortet.
Der Kundenservice ist unzuverlässig und nicht kundenfreundlich.
Ich kann diesen Shop nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir bedauern die negative Erfahrung mit unserem Onlineshop.
Leider gab es in dem Zeitraum, in der Ihre Bestellung lag, erhebliche Verzögerungen durch extreme Witterungsbedingungen.
Das Geld für die fehlenden Artikel wurde zügig zurückerstattet, aber bis das Geld auf das Empfängerkonto ankommt - kann mehrere Tage in Anpsruch nehmen. Hierzu wurden Sie aber per Email auch informiert.
Daher ist die Kritik mangelnden Kundenservices aus unserer Sicht nicht nachvollziehbar.
Nichtsdestotrotz bedanken wir uns für Ihren Einkauf bei uns und wir beachten Ihre Hinweise für unser zukünftiges Vorgehen.
