I accidentally ordered the same shade twice, and Customer Service was able to change my order to the 2 shades I wanted, post-transaction. Then, my item was out of stock, but a CSR reached out proactively and immediately to let me know that I would receive regular updates. Worried this might be a scam, but the product was back in stock quickly and they shipped it out in a timely manner. 5-star customer service on a 3-star product.

The products was amazing and the shipping was a little bit late because I live in Greece

If I could give zero stars I would. It signed me up for a subscription and I think I’ll have to cancel my cc to stop it. The website is nonexistent, they don’t reply to my emails. Don’t do it!!

Arrived on time and a great product, unfortunately super popular with my daughter and her friends!

Fradulent Company. Their website is suddenly non-exsistent. I made one purchase in June and then was on a subscription I did not consent too. My bank is disputing the past two charges. ALSO the lip stain color was not what i ordered. **IN THE FUTURE, lets be smarter, dont just trust a lame SOCIAL MEDIA add, need to vet the company or buy something similar off Amazon.

It is a scam. You buy their products once - which are awful and the colors are no where near to what they're named or photographed as then they charge you monthly.

Like others have said, this is a fraudulent company. I purchased 2 lip liner stains in June and now I’m somehow signed on for a monthly recurring subscription that I NEVER consented to. Luckily my bank is taking care of it and I have cancelled my credit card. Awful company and I hope they shut down.

Scam. They will continue to take monies monthly after month and not stop. Product doesnt work!

The product was low quality and did not stay on. But it is so hard to use that you can't touch up on the go. So it's useless. And then they sent me another order and charged my account. I would never had signed up for monthly recurring orders...who goes through this stuff that fast??? Total scam.

Turns out they kept my bank details and set it up as a re occurring order…absolutely AVOID this company! Product name appears as Olibolla peel off liner.
Made in China, cheap rubbish they are charging a lot of money. Should have known better

Achtung! Betrugsmasche- man schließt ein Abo ab und findet kaum einen Weg, es zu kündigen.
Außerdem ist es ein mittelmäßiges Produkt, habe auch noch das falsche bekommen.

Ordered from them about a 2 months ago however the product came to me about 4 weeks later when trying the product it was fine but I wouldn’t get it again however about a week ago I got an email saying order confirmation but I had obviously not ordered from them I next checked my bank account and saw they took out money. Very confused I emailed the company saying I hadn’t ordered this and to please cancel the order however they sent me an email back saying it was a subscription however I never signed up to a subscription as I was only trying it out. It seems the automatically sign everyone who buys from them up to a subscription and takes money from them every month without confirming with the customer if that’s what they want. I then proceed to say that I didn’t sign up to a subscription and I wanted a refund they seemed very against this and sent me multiple emails trying to make me not however I demanded one and finally got one about a week later

Fraudulent company that signs you up to a subscription without you knowing and then charges you ongoing. I had to cancel my bank card. The product is horrible and smells toxic, I threw it in the bin after 1 try! Not only did I waste money trying it, they then charged me again one month later for 2 more of their horrible products in a subscription I did not authorise.

Love the color and the product! Will buy again!

I made an order few weeks ago, products came and I am even satisfied with the products, however, yesterday I received an email order confirmation, but I haven’t ordered anything. They even charged my card and now the website isn’t working. I will have to have my card blocked by the bank. There is nothing else I can do, I think.

I contacted their hello etc. email address and I am waiting for response, however, reading the reviews here I don’t expect them to be responsive.
