Several months ago I ordered 2for1 on Facebook. It took about 3weeks before I received it!
And… I only received 1! I wrote to them about it. I also wrote that I’m not satisfied with the product. It only lasts for about an hour.

Then, yesterday I received an email saying that I have placed another order. I DID NOT placed that order. I immediately wrote to them that I want it cancelled! I haven’t heard from them!

I have to tell you that I did not ever intend to order lipstain as a "subscription" and I feel that the practice of selling products with the barely noticeable commitment to subscribe to recurrent orders/ payments is sneaky and manipulative. I'm sure Kassaria would disagree, and point out somewhere where it is mentioned that it's a "subscription"... however small or barely noticeable by their customers. I believe that is the hope.
I have canceled the subscription I never wanted. I have asked twice that they refund the order I didn't want but they have refused to do so.
Companies that operate the way Kassaria does, eventually go away. If customers don't purchase their products by choice, but by sly advertising and misleading marketing, people will stop supporting them.
I will leave reviews and comments wherever possible and warn potential buyers to go elsewhere for their cosmetics. If you're looking for products like the stain I purchased, please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere! There are so many more reputable places to spend your money that aren't out to take your money by scams and deceit.
(If you've had a similar experience with them... and I know there are a lot of you out there..share on every platform you use. People should know they use these tactics)

I bought some lipstains, which turned out to be knock-offs and were not great, but not awful either. However, a month later the company billed my PayPal again for new lipstains. Apparently, without being notified of this, I ended up with a subscription.
I filled a dispute with PayPal, but they ruled in favour of the vendor unfortunately.

Scam!! Charged me twice, no product delivered. Run away from this company

"4.9/5 on Trustpilot" by 837 reviews. This is what they marked on their shopping site, and that is completely a LIE!! I regret it as I just realized that after I have bought it.

*The items arrived 2 weeks after - very long lead time
*The quality is not so impressive - the color will be gone after 3,4h
*Also the product was in the wrong color box. - Don't know why it happens

Beware !!! Don’t purchase anything from them. They kept taking money out of my account without any permission and didn’t own up to it. Had to cancel my card . Still hoping to get my money back .

I bought one of these in June as a one-off and have just been charged for a monthly subscription a month later. I did not sign up to this, so am unclear as to how this has happened as I paid through paypal. I have emailed the company and am waiting for a response, but from looking at other reviews, the same things has happened to others. UPDATE To be fair to the company their customer team did respond to my complaint and refunded me the additional payment they had taken out.

I bought the lip tattoo, and suddenly I was signed up for a monthly subscription. When I tried contacting them, I found that the email doesn't exist. Got a return email saying the domain name doesn't exist. I am setting up a dispute with PayPal because this company is fraudulent, and they don't mention anywhere that automatic monthly payments will be taken from your account.

Fake dropship lipstain posing as another popular brand!! please be wary. Any negative reviews are deleted off their site.

I paid for a product and never received it.

EDIT: after much hassle (they clearly use AI as their customer service) I got the product. For some reason I can’t return/refund, but they offered a 50% refund and allowed me to keep the product (despite me saying I had no need of if anymore). Product itself is terrible.

Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst voor 2 lipstains vorige maand. Vandaag wordt het bedrag zomaar opnieuw afgeschreven.
Zit ik dus kennelijk zonder dat dit duidelijk wordt aangegeven aan een abonnement vast.
Hier niet kopen dus. Oplichters!

I ordered two Lip Tattoo products. Apparantly (without realizing it) I got a montly subscription to there products.

Maybe I should have noticed it somewhere, but I would like to be informed more clearly about subscriptions.

PS I got a refund after contact with customer service.
