The Katalyst is an incredible product. I love that I can get an incredible workout in just 20 minutes. There is not a better workout one can do in the time. As someone that has struggled with injuries and putting on muscle in the gym the Katalyst has effectively allowed me to rehab injuries while putting on muscle. I couldn't imagine life without it.

Top notch product that really works! Incredibly efficient workout and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Incredible value for money, particularly given the convenience and flexibility.

Katalyst has made strength training accessible. I’m a busy father and work in front of a computer in a small office. I haven’t made it to the gym since my kids were born but with Katalyst all I need is an hour between appointments 2x/wk and I can get full workouts. With Katalyst I’ve exercised consistently for over a year now and the changes have been huge. I’ve been able to retrain muscle groups that previously weren’t firing, I have a broader range of motion when playing with my kids and my wife makes fun of me for being more muscular. And it’s less than we paid for the gym through zero interest with affirm.

Wow! So I’ve had a Katalyst suit for a couple of months now. I’ve always worked out semi regularly, both weightlifting and cardio/HIIT etc. My first workout with the Katalyst suit gave me the worst doms I’ve ever had in my life. It was a clear sign that this product works. My suit prep is pretty fast as I just soak it with the hand held shower nozzle with warm water. For me, the efficiency of these workouts makes it a winner. As a busy executive, I don’t have time to be in the gym for two hours, yet 20 minutes with Katalyst = 2 hours and it feels like it!!! Muscle mass has increased and I’ve tested myself out with weights after doing “Katalyst only” workouts for a month and felt good and stronger with the weights. That said, the weights gave me some doms too so I think that weights should still be worked in to your workouts for bone density strengthening etc. but also believe you could increase and maintain significant muscle mass with Katalyst alone. The app workouts are awesome (put do not disturb on your phone) and the workouts are intense. I’ve never experienced the workout “endorphin” thing in the past even with heavy weights, HIITS and Tabatas but I have absolutely had the endorphin flow with Katalyst. I look forward to the suit twice a week AND the first round of doms was so bad and I was so sore, that I’m extremely motivated to stay consistent so I never have to “start over” and go through that level of muscle soreness again. It’s the best exercise equipment investment I’ve ever made. The return for the time…makes this a no brainer for me. It was a little bit of an adjustment…. but so worth it.

My wife and I have each completed over 100 workouts with Katalyst. We love the effectiveness and efficiency of this system. It’s amazing how you feel after only a 20 minute workout. Whether it’s strength training, HIIT, cardio or power workouts, this suit really works and builds muscle in a highly effective way! Highly recommend!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Katalyst!!! I was having some issues with my shorts not firing all the time. I reached out to customer support, and they immediately replaced the suit which solved the problem.

Whenever I have an issue (which is very seldom), Katalyst is quick to respond and quick to solve the problem. The best part is that you actually speak to a live person who is very knowledgeable about the product. Customer support in and of itself is worth the price of Katalyst.

If you are on the fence about making this financial investment, do not hesitate one more day. Your physical and mental health will thank you!

I owned the Katalyst suit for almost two years and for some reason the glute pads stopped working. I reached out and immediately received a response from Shaun. My suit was replaced free of charge and sent in a timely manner. My wife and I are busy with three little ones and getting the gym is impossible. The Katalyst suit has been a life saver for the both of us and provides an excellent full body workout. I would highly recommend whether you are on a time crunch like us or want to supplement with weight training.

Katalyst suit is the real deal .. use it 2x-3 times a week and use it consistently and you will see results. you will not get a more efficient workout anywhere

I am a 66yo female. I suffer from a number of injuries in my lower back and left hip that prohibit me from working out in any traditional way. Even walking for fitness has become difficult.

Recently I’ve learned I have osteoporosis and osteopenia in my back and hip respectively. Weightbearing exercises have been prescribed but they exacerbate my degenerative disc disease. Sounds hopeless, right?

It is. Except for the fact that I was an early adopter of Katalyst, and the EMS allows me to address these issues without pain. And in fact, it decreases my pain. AND I can actually use it in the moment to treat muscle spasms caused by these structural issues.

With this new diagnosis, I am looking forward to seeing what impact it has on bone recovery over the next year.

Both the product and company are great. I've dropped over 30lbs since using the product 3x week (so 60m total time spent). Now this is in conjunction with more walking as well but the product really helps and is easy on the joints.
In addition, every time I have contacted the company with an issue, they have gone beyond my expectations to resolve.

The Katalyst suit is unbelievable. You will not get a better workout in 20 mins doing anything else. Please take this in a positive way but it makes my muscles so sore for a couple of days after like I lifted every major muscle group for hours. This will change the health and wellness industry for the better. I have been a user for at least 3 years

Katalyst offers a fantastic product and has great support as well. The entire process from purchase to delivery and first use was extremely smooth. I was able to get up and running with no assistance from anyone at Katalyst - it was that easy.

Regarding the product - I'm 50, so I've been working out (on and off) for 37 years. I am still a competitive athlete, yet family and work cut into my personal time. I'm constantly trying to find time to take care of my body. Katalyst offers a very convenient 20 minute workout, which you can do every other day

Since starting, I haven't even gone back to my other workout routines. This is the strongest I've ever been (and felt...and looked) in my life!

I am a big fan of Katalyst! I have used it for two and a half years. I typically do one Katalyst workout per week. I use it to supplement my other workouts and feel that it is my best play for muscle definition. I highly recommend it!

I love working out in the gym. With a toddler and a busy career, I do not have the time. With Katalyst I can get the same or better results with only at most an hour a week (for my body).

I started doing ems training with the goal of building more strength allowing me to grow as a fitness instructor. My first 6 months of ems training was at a local facility they allowed for in person training. When I first saw the ad in October of 2021 for katylyst online I knew I had to try it as having the ability to do these workouts at home on my own schedule would be really convenient. I was at first a little worried that maybe it would be less effective than the location I had previously been going to but was quickly proven wrong. The entire katylyst system is amazing with an incredible variety of class options to meet whatever your goal is! Ontop of an amazing product they also have outstanding customer service, I did have 1 issue with the product and they got back to me immediately and replaced it within a week. I have since encouraged multiple students, friends, and my husband to purchase the suit. They all have had positive experiences as well. I truly cannot recommend katalyst enough! Myself and all others I know who have tried the suit have had nothing but positive experiences!

The product is great, the app is getting better. I use it twice a week and it compliments perfectly with my other workouts keeping my joints healthy.
