Thank you!

Thanks to your kind process, I can go back to Korea safely.

Very easy and quick. PCR TEST FOR SPAIN

I paid for a covid for to fly test specifically because I needed the results on time as I was flying later that day.

The results did not come in time!!

After 4 hours I tried to call them, no answer, was in hold for about 30 minutes.

Eventually get through alto he told the results should be there very shortly….they weren’t!

I would save your money and go to a more trustworthy place if you need a test. They really made my journey so much more stressful than it needed to be.

An absolutely terrible experience.

We didn't have all the right paperwork but went beyond to help so we could have our test
Excellent service

I booked my appointment online and paid , then I went to the location and directly the process done. The team is lovely and cheerful . Rate 5
Thank you

Quick and easy, results came back quicker then I had planned. Really good, would use again. Crawley branch

Cheapest covid-test I found online. Easy to book on the day tests, great staff- friendly and helpful. No queues, very simple process. I would definitely recommend.

Faster than my expectation, I expect to have the result in 3 hours, instead I have it in 2 and a half hours.

I was a little late and they were very nice about it and let me still do the PCR test. It was super quick and I got my results within 3 hours. They communicated well via email when they had received my sample and results.

Location was a little difficult to find (inside a hotel near Heathrow), but once there it was easy - no queues and the test took 10 seconds. Result was emailed within 3 hours as advertised. Very useful.

If Katalyst had on their form Informed me that my name had to match the name on my passport then I would’ve had a very different and a million times less stressful travel experience to Doha.
