Amazing stay
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this area.
They cooked a meal for us that wasn't on the menu as I said that I only liked two things on the menu and was staying three days..
Will use next time we are that way..

Quick and very easy to use
Quick and very easy to use. No sites sit on a level playing field when it comes to luggage. However, kayak makes the cost of additional bags very easy to understand and compare.

I recently used Kayak to search for a Business Class flight and was redirected to a third-party provider, ChecknFly.
After submitting my booking, I received an email stating that the reservation was being processed with the airline. However, shortly afterwards, I began receiving repeated WhatsApp messages late in the evening (starting at 8:31pm) pressuring me to upgrade to a more expensive fare (£274 additional) and suggesting limited seat availability.
The following day, the same pressure tactics continued.
No confirmed airline e-ticket number was provided during this process. Instead, I was repeatedly encouraged to pay additional amounts to secure the booking.
As a customer, this experience was stressful and unprofessional. I had to request cancellation due to lack of confidence in the process, and I ultimately had to book a more expensive ticket elsewhere after losing two days.
I am raising this formally because I believe such sales tactics reflect poorly on Kayak’s platform. I would ask that you review ChecknFly’s conduct and consider whether this provider meets Kayak’s standards for customer service and transparency.
