We have used Kay's garage doors over the years for repairs and they were always responsive. It was a no brainer when we needed a new garage door. We visited the showroom where we received excellent advice and information which informed our choice. We were always greeted warmly when calling. Booking for measuring and instalation was swift. The garage door arrived within the timescale. Instalation was smooth no fuss no mess you wouldn't know the guys had been. Excellent explanation on how it works oh and it looks amazing. So glad we have this local company on our doorstep. Thanks to everyone. First class service throughout.

From the outset when we received our quote we were taken by the approach and professionalism of anyone we spoke to or communicated with at Kay Garage Doors. The lead in time to have the door fitted was very reasonable and in the end arrived far sooner than we had been advised.
In terms of the installation process, we received excellent workmanship and friendly staff and continued wonderful communication.
As for our door - outstanding and looks great. What an improvement.

Delighted with our new garage door. From the start of the process to the end it went extremely smoothly. We were called a day after submitting our interest, then two lovely, polite guys came out to measure up. After the quote was accepted a date of installation was agreed. The two same men arrived when they said and fitted the new door and took away our old one. No mess and a very quick process. A massive thank you to all involved and we would definitely recommend the company to anyone looking for a new garage door.

Kay Garage Doors fitted two sectional doors to our double garage. Unfortunately, there was a 'misunderstanding' in ordering that only became obvious after installation. However, Scott and Billy took ownership of the problem and to their considerable credit rectified the problem to our complete satisfaction. The new fitted doors and installation look good and have certainly enhanced our house. I contacted Kay Doors about an urgent issue that popped up with our garage door that was potentially a safety issue. They responded back quickly and was able to schedule an immediate team of experienced technicians that evaluated the situation, offer multiple options and immediately resolve the problem within a very short period of time. They had all of the required parts in their vehicle which allowed them to quickly jump on the problem and bring it to closure within a very short period of time. They also did the required annual maintenance to the door and closure unit while there and provided further insight on the ongoing maintenance that I also could address in the future to help reduce any further problems.
