I make order - 03.03.2026.
Today 13.09.2026 and they didnt answer about delievery status of my order.

This company is a complete scam. Takes months to ship and then the product itself is absolute junk. They drop ship garbage.

If you want to cancel your order they try and charge a 55% feed.

Absolutely awful company. Do not order from them, they will steal your money.

I strongly feel that this is a scam company. 3 Months passed, without any information about delivery. I asked it, and they responded that they are working on it and will inform when shipment is ready.

I refunded the purchase from paypal, and they answer in e-mail that they have cancel working on my order, and only will continue when i take back the paypal refund. I did not, and luckily got my money back.

I ordered a custom coffee maker and stove from Kazumi Coffee on February 2, 2026, based on their advertised 25–50 day production and delivery estimate. Months later, after repeated “next month” promises, I still had not received my order—and they still could not give me a firm delivery date.

When I finally asked to cancel, they told me I am not entitled to a full refund and that they would keep 55% of what I paid as a “manufacturing” or restocking fee, even though they never delivered the product. In other words, they miss their own timeline, won’t commit to a real ship date, and then expect the customer to pay more than half the price for an undelivered order.

This is completely out of line with basic U.S. consumer expectations and FTC guidance, which say that when online orders are significantly delayed and the buyer doesn’t agree to more waiting, the buyer should be able to cancel and receive a full refund—not be penalized with huge restocking charges because the seller failed to ship on time.

Based on my experience, Kazumi relies on legal fine print instead of taking responsibility for delays or treating customers fairly. I would strongly urge others to be extremely cautious before ordering.

I ordered a coffee maker for a birthday gift. I knew of the long delivery time (25-35 days) and was fine with it. What was a problem was absolutely no update 40 days later. No shipping label created, no emails, nothing. After inquiring about it I was assured it would be shipping soon. Another full month later I heard nothing, and yet again, no shipping labels created or anything. I emailed them again, saying if it was not shipped soon, I would assume this is fraud. They assured me of a delivery window of 1-3 weeks later. I waited, and one day after that DELIVERY window elapsed still without any shipping information, I filed for a refund through the payment carrier. Immediately I got an email from the company about how the product was there and ready to ship and all I had to do was cancel my claim and it would be on its way. 90 days after placing my order and not receiving any proof it was real or being shipped whatsoever, I finally cancelled and received a refund. Note that the company itself has a no refund policy - this was only possible through a claim made on PayPal, where they had no choice. The company assured me that this was no big deal as they had already "reassigned" my coffee maker to another customer. I genuinely don't even know if these products are real, but even if they are, promising a 25-35 day window and not even having a shipping label made after 90 is unacceptable business practices. Three times in email communications they made promises and failed to meet them. I would never order here again.

This company is a scam , they never send me the coffee maker and they keep the 300.00 dollars.

I have been emailing them(they have not been emailing back) about a simple price for something they said they offer with custom order(a larger sized system over the 1L) and I get no answers and just random unrelated info and them refusing to answer my simple question of how much an item costs. I would be very wary of ordering from a company who won't even answer a simple email. It's been going on for over 2 months of me sending 3-4 emails before I finally get a response. It took over 5 weeks just to get the answer, "yes we have a kit that is bigger than the 1L" and now I'm stuck on asking how much it would cost. NIGHTMARE!!! Fair warning.

I purchased a Kazumi Siphon Coffee Maker Set and Kazumi Toki from kazumicoffee.com on March 5, 2026 for $676.76 via PayPal. Products were never delivered.

My PayPal receipt identifies the seller not as Kazumi Coffee but as "Oracle Cabling Inc" — a New York cabling/telecom company (DOS #4815996) with no website, no social media, no customer reviews, and no evidence of conducting any cabling work in over 10 years. It operates from a $20/month virtual mailbox at 99 Wall Street, NYC.

I received a partial refund of $391.98. The seller retained $284.78 in shipping charges for goods that were never shipped. The shipping cost ($286.78 — 71.7% of product cost) was never disclosed on the website. The Orders & Shipping page shows zero pricing information.

Every marketing claim I was able to verify turned out to be false:
- "Patented Technology" — no patents exist in the USPTO database
- "Japanese craftsmanship" / "Nippon" branding — no country of origin is stated; identical products are available from Chinese OEM manufacturers
- "2 Rivington Street, NYC" business address — this is a weekly pop-up rental space they used for one week

Other consumers on Reddit report the same pattern — payments to "Oracle Cabling," non-delivery, and one consumer was threatened with legal action for filing a PayPal dispute.

I have filed complaints with the FTC, FBI/IC3, NY Attorney General, NYC Consumer Protection, BBB, and my bank. Scam Detector rates this site 39.7/100 ("Questionable").

If you're considering buying from kazumicoffee.com, check the seller name on your PayPal receipt before trusting this brand.
