Outstanding from the very beginning and still ongoing. My wife will be going back for corrections/ plastics following bariatric surgery. We can not recomend this clinic enough, KCM diagnosed her hiatus hernia when doctors in the UK dismissed her pain and diagnosed her with 'anxious stomach' this in itself was a relief.

She is currently just over 10 weeks post op and has lost almost 60lb. The surgery has gave her so much energy and her life back. KCM gave her and me the confidence and reassurance to go ahead.
She was a lone traveller travelling from the UK, the clinic informed her of each step and what to expect as well as introducing her to other UK patients that was having similar surgeries the same weekend.
Very attentive and supportive of circumstances and she is looking forward to going back for a mommy make over!

I was in to get my Gastric Sleeve and the staff were all amazing and friendly. My only slight worry was that the nurses looking after me spoke very little to no english at all. So it made it difficult to try and communicate while i was recovering. However doctors and co ordinator were all fabulous and i am now on the road to better health. Thank you KCM x

I’m very happy with the results of my operation. Everything was according to plan. Everyone was doing their best in making me comfortable in my stay in Poland

Had a “surgery” in august 2020, the staff and “private” rooms were actually full of extra patients, all companions were told they were unable to actually stay with us/ or even enter the main door of the hospital! COVID restrictions would have been justified apart from the fact 9 rooms were packed with 19 patients! We were asked to attend the hospital for initial consultation, (meant for a 1hr duration) however from that point I was unable to leave the hospital! No food or liquids were permitted from The day of arrival until a wet sponge to dampen my lips 72hours later! The 3 nurses on staff were all in floods of tears on multiple occasions, one nurse in particular took my hand with one hand, wiped her tears with the other and told me, now, let’s run, it’s your turn! I was having a revised surgery from band, to sleeve. I currently weigh 7kg more than my surgery date, since attempting to contact anyone from KCM I’ve not once received a reply, bar from Kim on Facebook stating, she cannot help me, also ignoring the fact that I can now consume more food now than with a broken band! She requested a food diary! The issue is not what I am eating/ since the surgery I can now consume the same amount of food as my partner (6ft4) like for like, explain to me how a gastric sleeve would enable a 5ft3 woman to eat more than with a slipped band?? Since the operation (I just resigned myself to the fact that I’m just not meant to be healthy) I’ve asked multiple times for a basic receipt stating that I paid a certain amount in cash, (BIG MISTAKE) Turns out after spending €6700 on an “apparent” surgery they can only admit to the parts paid by card! Soooo, after being starved for three days, sharing a room with multiple other patients and witnessing all staff breaking down in sheer desperation it’s impossible to have anyone examine or give a simple receipt for the cold hard earned cash used to pay for a surgery that simply Did not work, AGAIN. When brought to the attention of Kim she asked for a diary of my food( cos that way it’s my fault) anytime I stated that I can consume a full 10oz steak with sides I was told that it’s my fault. I do not believe that a gastric sleeve was performed on me! I believe a damaged portion of my stomach as a result of a gastric band was removed and thus I was left with a much larger (not 20%) as 80% should have been removed! They took a small damaged portion of my stomach and as with most things that weekend “they hoped for the best” €7000 down the drain! Still fat!, still paying back the loan, still a disaster, and still eating salad all day!!

From the moment I relayed an interest in getting my gastric sleeve done I have felt that I was so welcomed no question was too stupid lol the staff is second to none Kim was so helpful to me when I got the wobbles about it all you are all super x

I was sleeved in March 22 , I chose kcm after discovering them on a Fb page , I have no complaints as I was treated well , only thing is the language barrier but it is Poland and not uk , I did have to keep asking the antibiotics I was given wasn’t penicillin but as I didn’t end up in a coma I obviously wasn’t , I’m going to be haveing skin removal and I will be chooseing kcm

Operation has changed my life. However, prewarned them when booking that I was dairy intolerant and couldn’t eat anything with dairy or it would make me sick. I reminded them about a month before leaving for Poland. I also reconfirmed with them I was dairy intolerant before I left. When I got there the only thing that was offered to me was yoghurt. Asking if there were any soya products, I was told no. So I basically went days without eating after the surgery because of no alternative even though I reminded them several times. Fair earning, if you have food intolerances then take your own alternatives!
Very efficient testing, had to wait around for the surgery a long time as didn’t get told when it was going to be.
It was a bit of a stressful experience but as said the surgery has completely changed my life.

I can not thank KCM enough for all their hard work and professionalism. I was made to feel comfortable, I was well informed and I felt very confident.

The operation was very successful l had a gastric sleeve done and I have absolutely no complaints or complications. The size of the showers in the rooms are tiny and none of the nurses spoke English and at times l felt they were very rude and abrupt. The car service to take us to and from the airport was excellent. Be prepared for the pre op examination's it can take a whole day but they are very thorough. The hotel was nice l wasn't there for a holiday I had the surgery that I so badly needed and I have not looked back. I am so grateful for the job that they did so l would definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking of having any kind of surgery.

Excellent experience at kcm, staff were great and always kept me comfortable and reassured me as I was really nervous! Hospital was clean and everything ran smoothly! Kim was great throughout the booking process always there to answer any questions etc and still keeps in touch almost a year down the line, would defo recommend kcm for gastric sleeve surgery, almost a year has passed and would go back again for further surgeries without a doubt.

I had the best experience last year and have now booked for more surgery in September this year.
Kim Adams is always at the the end of the phone and always there to answer any questions.

Excellent supper form kim Adams who helped me along the way. Had to cancel my surgery due to another surgery taking place due to health conditions for
Myself but get quoted and supported along the way.
