I had an issue where the mat was damaged while removing it from the bag it's stored in (not the shipping material, but the plastic zipper bag) due to the bag being slightly too small and the stitching catching on the edges.

Emailing the support got me a rapid response where the issue was dealt with, I was allowed to keep the damaged one and given opportunity to accept a replacement.

The replacement I was sent was actually the wrong one, but after pointing this out, I was told to keep the replacement and sent ANOTHER replacement, plus I added on a 40% sized mat (which I paid for) and given free shipping.

All in all, excellent customer service, I will definitely be buying again in the future.

Product arrived in expected time frame.

The quality is average which was what I expected from a deskpad. The product serves my needs in tidying up my desk space while protecting the desk top at the same time. The package was in good condition as well as the presentation of the product. The stitching and finish on the product are pretty good too.

Not much to say! It's a small keebmat. Fits real well for my forties, and my single 60% Seems durable enough, but only time will tell.

Keebmat is something I'd recommend everyone try at least once.
Not only are the deliveries incredibly quick, but the product itself is amazing:
I'm currently using an Inett Square X keyboard as my main driver, which generally has a rather stiff typing experience, but adding the Keebmat on top of my larger deskmat transforms it into exactly what I want.
It also raises the keyboard very slightly which gives me personally the perfect angle/height.

As an added bonus my typing speed increased quite substantially due to all of the above, which is obviously not something I set out to do, but is quite nice nonetheless.

The size is pretty much spot on for all of my 60%ers, and for a while I even went without a larger deskmat underneath - which makes any setup look very clean and professional.

Definitely give this a go if you're looking for a bit of variety or if you feel like something's missing.
