I urgently contacted Kelly about a case concerning my adult son (who has complex mental health issues) which had already escalated before I found out about it. She called me back within an hour to discuss the case and gave valuable advice and the missing information I needed to get started. Though it later transpired that my son had legal aid representation in place with a different solicitor, Kelly still offered some further advice. She is kind and compassionate, and will give a straightforward honest opinion of the case. I will certainly contact her in future if I need any legal representation.

Kelly was very helpful, and once she had taken my partners' case, things really moved on.
