Absolute joke
My vehicle was damaged by a Kenny’s bin wagon over 6 weeks ago now. As the driver told me to I called the office the following day as it was out of hours when it happened.Gave them all the relevant information and I was told I would be contacted by someone. After a couple of weeks of nothing I sent an email asking for an update. Fast forward 6 weeks and still nothing. Called them again only to be asked for the information I had given them in the first place. I asked them to treat it as urgent because I felt I had been patient enough. I can guarantee if it was the other way round and I had damaged their property they wouldn’t be waiting as long as i have. Another few days and still nothing. Not even an email to say it is being looked into. Absolutely disgraceful in my opinion. On the verge of reporting the matter now as I feel that they are just trying to get away with it. Wouldn’t even consider using a company that think it’s ok to behave like this.

Claire is straight onto what ever is needed with a price back with in the day and dates scheduled and sorted for skips and road brushes. I never go anywhere else.

Kenny Waste skip hire
We used Kenny Waste to hire a skip for a large waste removal and litter pick day in Tamworth. The skip arrived on time with no problems and was collected when we were finished on the day. They were easy to communicate with over emails and phone, and were very clear with all instructions of what can or can't be put into the skip.

Its a massive shame that they don’t look after their staff the same way they seem to look after their customers because if they did then they wouldn’t be constantly advertising for staff , it’s absolutely disgusting how they treated me, try putting your energy & time into your existing staff….
You’re response is heavily scripted & its just words & where you might beable to show that you have supported staff in the past let’s just look at evidence over the past 12 months that shows this is clearly not the case & its great that you hide behind HR, not only that when I did put across that I was being BULLIED/TARGATED in the work place with proof it was brushed under the carpet…. Yes you might be expanding & company getting bigger & great what you’ve done for existing staff & a selection of new employees but SHAME on you, I really do believe that the general public need to know just exactly what kind of company their using when hiring a skip
