Fortnight service every 2 weeks Wednesday 23 sep 2026 sep then 2 weeks which is 7th October they missed collections they did on 15th October 8 days late then next collection was on 21st October which didn’t happen they say no any collection was on 7th which all there staff agree to collections will be on 8th October which delay by 8 days today again customer service say no any collections was due on on 7th of October all I can say avoid the company my contract with them not with a 3rd party there app say your collection was on 7th then 21st today customer service don’t know anything just put you on hold no results at all I send them my service schedule as well please avoids there services many as can

Do not sign a contract with this company. Read every word of the contract. I advised this company when I took the contract out that I did not open my business on Wednesdays. They arrange everything for my day off so I have had to email and make numerous calls to try and sort this out. They are unable to keep their side of the contract so I have told them I want to be released from the contract. They want me to pay £604.59 to get out of this contract. I have had NO service from them at all. This is a company with no morals. I wrote to all three directors and there has been no reply from them.
This is their email showing the costs to be released:
Early termination fees would be £350 + VAT for the termination of the agreement. We also charge a £75 + VAT uplift fee.
We also require the outstanding balance of £94.59.
This totals £604.59.
Use this company at your peril.

Put the price up within 3 months. Dont tell you about cancellation policy. It’s in the very small print. I’m closing down and they want £350 plus vat .

Very disappointed with Waste Managed
Very disappointed with Waste Managed. We were charged £271 for a full month’s bin collection service, but our bin was collected only once during that month.
We are now into the second month and are still struggling to get our bin collected. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience for our business, despite paying for the service.
I have raised a complaint and expect the missed collections to be resolved and an appropriate refund or credit for the service we have not received.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
