I don't know his name but the man who served a very flustered me was really helpful. He had a great manner and even carried the breaker to my car. He did the same when I returned it the next day too.

Great service from Kent hire
The belt broke on the mower and the hire was extended free of charge until fixed thank you guys .

Easy website , great price , no added extras , friendly service , easy collection .
Would use again.

Very helpful staff and reliable service

good prices and service. plus for me the big selling point was being able to get insurance through them for the duration of my digger hire

I hired an engine hoist and it arrived on time. I ended up needing it a bit longer and they didn't charge excessively for that.

Great friendly service with a smile and good prices.

Pete and the team was super communicative and very flexible in regards to hiring a forced action mixer. I will definitely recommend them and book again in the future if needed.

Friendly and helpful service. Good value for money.
I recommend this company. I will use again.

Able to hire same day and extend hire if job takes longer than expected.

Hired a tool to be delivered on Saturday 10AM, no one came, no phone, I chased it four times till 1PM when I gave up. On one of the four phone calls, I was told the toolnwas tested but didn't work and they were trying to get me another one. I didn't believe that story.. I still haven't heard from them. I have requested a refund.
I hired same tool a week ago and it went smoothly.

Easy to book online and whacker plate arrived at time chosen. Collected with a smile. Good pricing

Helpful, fair and straightforward, a couple of minor niggles with maintenance of equipment but overall very good

Prompt delivery, great service on issue would hire again

Man that got the digger down the alley was excellent however bit quick on explaing the machine on how it works had to figger the key bit ourselves . Battery went day two had to come n recharge other than that they were amicable and let us keep it longer over weekend to get the job done . More explaining is needed can only use for 7 hours not longer .

Excellent log splitter - 2nd time we have hired it and it is a beast. Easy to order online and delivered/collected on time. Nice company to deal with.

On time delivery and collection; plant was in good order, started easily and did the job as expected. Website worked smoothly and was easy to navigate - staff friendly and helpful!

Delivered the equipment to site.
Very helpful with queries.

The Crain was delivered on time and collected once I’d finished the hire. Nice piece of kit though the pressure release screw had been mangled by a previous customer. Did the job ok though I’d rather not of had to resort to mole grips to lower the job.
Good value and helpful staff. would recommend and use again
