Kesseler Market Harborough have a very experienced designer in Dajana who fully understood what I was looking for in my new kitchen and the final design she created was amazing. They have a dedicated team of staff who managed the whole build for me from conception to completion without any stress in 17 working days - amazing!

Thank you to Daniel at Kessler Kitchens Tring. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. In contrast to some of his competitors Daniel immediately offered to undertake a home visit and look at the space which enabled him to tailor his suggestions more specifically to our requirements. He recommended DSG for installation who were also first class and once we decided to go ahead the whole process has run smoothly. Based on our personal experience we would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel and Kessler.

From the very beginning Dan has been absolutely fantastic in terms of helping to create our new kitchen design. He has provided really valuable insight into what works well in the space available. From the choice of cabinets and matching worktop / island, to selecting the right type of appliances and lighting, Dan has been extremely helpful and made the whole kitchen design experience a pleasure. Dan is now helping us design the TV / media area adjacent to the kitchen. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan and Kessler kitchens to other prospective customers.

Daniel designed my dream kitchen, within budget, and was very patient when it came to any last-minute changes and provided advice on what would work and look best.

Daniel and DSG coordinated the deliveries and work seamlessly without delays, hiccups, or unexpected costs. The whole Project ran like clockwork, which was a new experience for me.

This is the worst dealings I have had with any company. I had to have my kitchen replaced through my insurance, due to a water escape. This was in December 2022. I still have not got the kitchen completed. I chose Kessler (Sauté and soak) out of three quotes I received, because the original designer Terry who came out, appeared very helpful, he was told exactly what I wanted, a like for like layout replacement. He measured, up and all the measurements and placements where still on the walls from the original kitchen. Things went down hill rapidly when more and more issues arose and I discovered the original designer had left. There had been no handover and the new designer just went with computer generated picture, none of the original information had been passed on. I was not informed of any of this, no more visits where, no survey nothing. This company claims to be bespoke, they aren't. They use standard size units and don't make them to your specific requirement, as stated in the adverts.

Final when the kitchen arrived 9 months later, and the fitters started, there were even more issues, units the wrong size, hob wouldn't fit with the units and work top, units where not those I asked for.

They insisted on 90% of the cost, before the kitchen was manufactured. I still have no kitchen and have now found out that the company, will not plumb in the sinks, taps or connect the other appliances. I have never heard of a new fitted kitchen coming without the sink, taps and appliances connected. (Unless it's a DIY kitchen)

The previous kitchen was fully bespoke, made to measure, all solid wood, it took then about 6 weeks to manufacture and two weeks to fit, and I had a full working kitchen, spoke, easy and no stress involved.

This is only the very short version of what had happened. I am at my wits end with this and would advise you to avoid them then like the plague.

if you dont think this is for you please let me have your directors names and contact details. I have searched the internet to find out exactly who kessler kitchen manufactureres are. It is not just a problem with the supplier but also the manufactures. All I am finding is insolvancey and disolved, looking at companies house. What is your companies house registration number.

We cannot rate our experience of Kessler Kitchens highly enough. From initial contact, design and throughout the build process, the staff have all been so helpful and given us a top spec, fantastic kitchen. Our designer Richard guided us at ever stage, giving us helpful direction in our choices and making numerous design tweaks to give us just what we wanted. He also liaised with our builder over several months to ensure that everything was in place for the kitchen to be fitted and he made a number of follow up visits during and after installation to check we were completely satisfied. Our builder said it was the best quality kitchen he's seen and we couldn't be happier with the finished result.

We knew the minute we visited the showroom that Kesseler was for us. You can instantly tell the difference in quality. We had designs from multiple places, and lots of the designs were lovely, but none of the finishes on the carcasses or doors matched Kesseler by a mile and our designer paid huge attention to detail.

I have nothing but good things to say about my "Kesseler" experience. Richard saw the entire project through from the initial consultation and first design to the final finished rooms (Kitchen in an open plan extension, Boot Room and Utility Room) and I could not be more delighted. Where do I start?
Communications were excellent throughout. Pricing was transparent. The designs were incredibly well thought out and Richard's mastery of the 3D technology made it easy to visualise and adapt during the design phase. Claire also visited with Richard and what impressed me most was how carefully they listened so that they could create the space that I wanted. It not only looks beautiful but it is a dream to work in - truly bespoke. The Kesseler units have quality shining out of them. They look brilliant but are also solid and elegant. Richard's suggestions about appliances were also spot on and some very modern elements were incorporated into the design as a result-something I would not have been able to achieve myself. Paul, who fitted the whole thing was also exemplary in his work. Incredible attention to detail and some really helpful suggestions that provided a lovely finishing touch.
Richard worked very well with our builders and other subcontractors which made for a smooth experience all round. What made this team stand out was the desire to work hard to find out the sort of environment I wanted to have but then the designer brilliance kicked in and the whole thing went up another level. The kitchen units that I purchased (a Shaker style) were of a great quality. The whole process from design to finish was guided through professionally by Richard of Vivid Kitchens. We cannot praise Kesseler Kitchens in Thorpe Bay highly enough! Our whole experience with Laurance and Scott from start (when we had been let down by another local supplier), to finish has been outstanding.

The attention to detail shown by Laurance and Scott is hugely impressive, the speed of their response to our questions equally so and their design ideas were a real help.

As for the kitchen itself, hugely impressed with the finish, it looks stunning and has exceeded our expectations including the wonderful Smeg appliances that Laurance worked wonders sourcing.

The whole experience of purchasing our Kesseler kitchen was seamless from start to finish.
Chris Wilburn from Kesseler Kitchens, Worksop stood out from the other company representatives who quoted for our new kitchen in terms of his design ideas and knowledge of the units within the Kesseler range in addition to the way he project managed all aspects of the process from design to installation. It was very much a collaborative effort in that Chris combined his knowledge, creativity and detail and combined it with our aspirations into producing the functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen we had hoped for.
The range of different designs enabled us to choose a kitchen that enhanced our character cottage. The units are of very high quality, extremely well constructed and beautifully finished. The Lifetime Warranty reflects such quality and gave us the reassurance of just how good the kitchen is.
I can recommend Kesseler Kitchens without reservation.

Our kitchen is 15 months old
And not wearing well despite being very well cared for. The gloss white units have a film cover which is peeling and yellowing at the edges. The plastic film is not heard wearing and shows the slightest scuff. We are really disappointed at the price we paid it should last but we doubt it will make 4 or 5 years before the cupboards need changing which will be a large and expensive job. We do not recommend Kesseler Kitchens of Nottingham and certainly don’t buy gloss white. Other companies have solid gloss white doors which don’t have a film of plastic on them like Kesseler. We have tried to contact them regarding this and a door we ordered as a replacement which arrived damaged. At first they wouldn’t deal with us as it was bought via our fitter and they said the fitter was the client. After producing receipts they initially spoke to us but are now ignoring our calls and emails, and have still not issued a refund for the door supplied damaged. The blue protective film was of course removed it is the production film that makes the door gloss that peels off at the edges due to poor manufacture. The original doors were replaced at the time of fitting but the replacements have started peeling and yellowing after only 15 months. I would not recommend Kessler, their product or post customer service.

I love the look of my new kitchen, painted in my colour choice although a bit disappointed about how it has chipped in a couple of places and it is hardly having significant wear and tear.

Sean designed our kitchen, we chose them for the reason that this was project managed by Sean and his team. The workmen were very professional and friendly. I had to have a new fuse box fitted, and because this wasn't quoted for Sean paid for half and he paid me the minute I got the electricians invoice. All I had to organise were the tiles, which Sean worked out the square footage for me, so just had to relay that to the people I was getting my tiles from. Sean was supposed to contact my gas fitter, but didn't, this can be forgiven as it was just after the spring lockdown. The workmen wore PPE when I was around, and I also wore a mask. Steve Nicklin organise the tiler and electricians and managed them, whilst on site. I can't express how lovely they all were, and cleaned up after themselves. I would and have recommended this company.

Absolutely love our Kesseler kitchen. We started our kitchen revamp before lockdown and had to wait a long time to finally get it in and finished and we are so pleased with it. From the stylish finish and how well it's made to little things like the click feet and how easy it all is to install. Really happy with the quality.

Very pleased with our new kitchen. Quality is very good. Our fitter was amazing and a perfectionist.

We have had our utility room gutted and fitted with units manufactured by Kessler Kitchens and fitted by Appletree Interiors.
We have had oak cupboards and doors to match our kitchen - the kitchen is not from Kesseler.
The quality of the Kesseler units is excellent and you know you are getting a quality product.
The old cupboards and doors were laminates and were delaminating.

An incredible experience from start to finish. We just bought a new house earlier in the year and wanted a kitchen that would be modern, timeless and beautiful to match the contemporary house. With a budget of £25k, we visited a couple of showrooms before settling on our local Kesseler dealer. They really listened to us and gave us an amazing design that really hit the mark... in fact in many ways exceeded it.

The kitchen itself took about 3-4 weeks to arrive and be installed... all done professionally and to a high standard. We've had it for a month now, and every time we walk into the room we smile. It's absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't have asked for better. The quality, fit and finish of everything is so much better than anything we saw at any other showrooms, you can feel the difference for sure which is what we wanted... a premium kitchen for our forever home.

We have just had a Kesseler Kitchen installed and could not be happier with it. The units are extremely well designed, well built and robust. Everything arrived on time and as it should be, without scratches or damage to any doors or carcasses. The design is attractive and they produced the cupboards in the exact shade we required. The full length slide-out larder units run smoothly and hold the items securely in wire and glass baskets. We had a minor issue over a small fastener and a replacement was sent immediately, so I cannot fault their customer service which was helpful and efficient. I love being in our new kitchen!
