Fake Digital Coupons
I purchased the New Creme Soda Vernors. I thought it would be good since I like both creme soda and Vernors. This product unfortunately takes like cough syrup. I emailed the company and of course they were quick to respond. Robin from Customer Relations apologized and asked for pictures of the bottom of the cans and the manufacturing code from the inside of the can carton which luckily I still had since I had opened the cans and dumped the horrible tasting product but I paid the can deposit which is 10 cents per can in Michigan. I provided the pictures and then received an email stating that they would send me a "digital coupon". I have never received or used a digital coupon. I am not sure why they cant just mail a coupon but I waited for this digital coupon for days. Every day I would check my inbox and even checked the spam/junk file though both of Robin's previous emails made it to my inbox just fine. After several days I emailed the company back stating I had Never received anything. Their response was that they sent something on a certain day, yet I Never received anything. I emailed them again but of course No Response. I now understand why they offer "Digital Coupons". These are coupon that they Never have to actually send. So this way they can state that they address customer concerns or complaints without ever having to pay anything. This is the last time I will purchase anything from this company. Their customer service is a front and never actually addresses anything. I keep telling customers at the stores when I see them looking to purchase this product that it tastes like cough syrup and that they will regret wasting their money on it.
