I was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t book my Key Nest in advance but Brise was lovely and helpful

Miora from the support team helped me gain access back into my account when I was locked out and was very responsive and quick with providing support at such an urgent and critical time - thank you!

I used Keynest to leave a key for someone who was looking after my cats while I was abroad. I had already paid for the service, but when the person went to collect the key, Keynest attempted to charge me again for a higher amount, claiming the original payment had not been made. The payment did not go through, yet the key was released anyway.

As I was travelling with limited internet access, I never saw any notification about this issue. When I returned home, I discovered that my account had been blocked and I could not access my own key.

I was left without a way to enter my property and had to contact an emergency key holder who fortunately had a spare key, making an already tiring trip far more stressful.

It has now been three days. Support is not responding, my account remains blocked, my key is still inaccessible, and nobody can tell me when this will be resolved. For a company that stores customers' house keys, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service.

Update: took me 2 weeks to recover the key and the company pretended to charge me the whole 2 weeks they key was "stored". Do yourself a favor and dont use this.

Amazing service and I use Keynest on all of my properties. It is great for automation, security and worth the money. The most help I got was from Victor thank you so much :)

Staff at store had no idea was going on. Gave my keys to someone with zero confirmation of ID or Code. KeyNest staff was super rude about it and lacked any understanding. Do not recommend. It is also $30 per cycle of exchange not $14.95.

I've been using KeyNest for around two years now, and I have to say the product itself is excellent. But what really stands out is their customer service. Whenever an issue crops up, they always find a way to sort it: prompt, helpful and genuinely human about it. That last point matters to me. They state clearly on their website "100% human, we never use AI", and that's a big part of why I'm such a fan. Thank you for building such a useful product and, just as importantly, for putting your people first.

I’ve been using KeyNest for key management and it has made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. Whenever I need to contact support, I receive quick and helpful responses. Today, a team member named Lovely assisted me and followed up on my query very promptly, which I really appreciated. I’ve consistently had great customer service and would highly recommend them.

Knowing we can access a house key in an emergency (the shop we keep it at is open 24/7 as well) has given us huge peace of mind. My husband and I travel a lot, and knowing there is a key close by a especially when one of our kids arrives home (and we are on the other side of the world) and has forgotten their key, we feel
good knowing they can get into the house and won’t be stranded!

Worst experience ever. Shopkeeper atr Mavis Food & Wine in Reading refused to give me my own keys even though I could see them in her key box, becuase there was some problem with the collection code. She then tried to claim that my keys were not my keys. Keynest customer service were utterly useless and it took me over half an hour to get my own keys meaning I missed someone who had come to view my property. Crap company, don't ever use them!
