Phoned the company at 8.15 am locksmith arrived at 11.00 am Looked at the door advised the issue in ten minutes, showed the damage part also had the part in the van then fitted the part left 30 minutes after arrival. All good. Thank you

Keytek were extremely quick to organise a next day locksmith appointment for my vehicles. Unfortunately the locksmith ultimately was not able to complete the work. Keytek promptly refunded all monies and I was very pleased with their customer service in the situation. You often find more out about a company when something goes wrong.

I had re assurance that the work they were about to do would he done satisfactory, that I would not have to worry ever again, they gave removed my old keysafe, from the house wall newt🤫to their gate, with a doorbell camera, I have had put on the wall next to my door at the front, all my doors have been changed and the chap who was doing he was so polite so kind , I felt so at ease with him, now I can not thak them enough, but the price for three doors was 160, then I had my key safe moved to the cubbyhole wall, that meant it will be on the wall that leads under the stairs so I shall hear any noise coming from that area, so in total, I paid what I thought was very reasonable it was 270.20p would I have them again yes I think I would when you need someone fast you mmm ake sure you pick these, I did I went through around four in total, I new it had to get done, it's now done and they have my old keys they have the metal bars to my porta swing but they will never be any use to them, none what's so ever.

Very professional. Explained the costs when I phoned in the morning. A technician came out the same day. He identified and explained the problem, the solution and new parts needed. He mended my lock straightaway. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Well I was surprised to see Stephan from Stephan Locks turn up. I chose Keytek because I was impressed by their website. I wasn't expecting the job to be sub contracted.
Saying that Stephan was a very friendly bloke and seemed to know what he was doing. He got my door lock working and I would happily use him again.

The service was very good.
I was told, however, that the labour charge was £95 per hour. The work took 22 minutes but I was charged for a full hour. The service was advertised as no call out charge and at no time was it mentioned that I would have to pay a minimum charge. For that reason I can only give a generous three stars.
