I was at Summerside PE location today. I had a coupon for 2 sandwich meals. Ordered the Big Crunch. What we got was not Big Crunch. It was a seasoned breast patty but not the KFC coating. I have had Big Crunch before and this looked completely different in size and taste. Expensive with coupon for crap sandwich

Hi,
In the past 3 months I have entered twice in Stratford,ontario , and once in Exeter
and each time they tell me they I have to wait 30mins for food. Of course I declined and left the facilities
No good customer service

Well I stopped to order chicken ( Callingwood Edmonton) and was told I HAVE to use a self serve unit. Proceeded with the persons assistance, and when I ordered gravy I was told only small (individual) or large size. What? Why no medium? Is it like Timmy's, not enough buttons on the register? I said skip the gravy and then the machine wanted to charge me 25 cents for a bag(I live in Edmonton). I said no so we went to their cash register and ordered there,so why didn't we just do it there in the first place?. Chicken was falling apart. I am never going back I have had enough.

Pretty bad service in general, in the past few years the costumer service is getting worse and the food taste funny, greasy or burned. I had a terrible experience with an store located in 444 Yonge st. Toronto, Ontario. Wrong order, terrible service. Other many people were also complaining about this. KFC is not what it used to be. I recommend Popeyes or Wendys instead

Our food was great, friendly staff

Inconsistent quality at the Dauphin Manitoba CANADA location. Sometimes, it is good. Otherwise, it is bland and flavorless. The 11 herbs and spices may or may not be present. It is hit or miss.

I recently contacted these about an issue at their mildenhall branch, and surprise surprise. Nothing has actually been done about it..

I didn't expect anything to get done if I'm honest... it's all about profit for these corrupt money grabbers.

Hygiene at this store VERY BAD! Coughing and sneezing all over the food and have the nerve to still serve it to you..

Cold food.. been sitting there so long it had gone brown... but still served it to me.

The restaurant area is absolutely filthy.. this is also in my report to the food standards agency... something needs to be done about this...

So I spent over £50 for cold food and unsafe food.. also in the doctors notes as I was rushed into hospital from food poisoning

Avoid this store like the plague and spread the word like I have..

I'll say it again KFC only care about your money... profit. They do NOT care how they get it even if they kill someone..

used to good but when the place went to new management everything gone downhill went to order in store were told had to order through app not everyone uses phone for everything i prefer to order instore but last night went through web site took couple min but ordered 2 dinner for 2 got order within time was good dinner but its the people at counter that were bad they told us you have to order through app disrespectful

Yesterday at a 4:20 PM, my family placed a order through the KFC app for pickup at the Pembina Highway store before an important event. The app said our order would be ready by 4:50 PM, so we headed to the store.
When we arrived, we found out our food wasn’t ready because they had run out of chicken and needed an additional 30 minutes to prepare it. Since we couldn't wait that long, we asked for a refund, feeling frustrated by the time we’d wasted.

very slow pre order ahead service half hr behind wasnt that busy at the time!

I ordered a combo sandwich the spicy one I received a regular one without the extra sauce for the fries
I mentionned where to ring and yet still find a way to ring at the wrong door despite metionned in in all caps
and the order was cold because the put the can under the food

not the first time it happened
it's the second time in 1 year
in quebec there's an expression that say once an error twice is a bad habit
kfc has a terrible habit to fail at basic reading orders and adresses

I recently went up too corner brook, and I did what I usually do when I arrived at deerlake and went into what used too be my favorite place too be,Kentucky fried chicken my what an awe full wrong idea I made,what used too be my favorite place too eat turned out toobe god awe full meal by first the worst chicken meal ever,I was so miserable and angry,I paid for the worst chicken meal ever.

I TRIED TO ORDER AN ONLINE SPECIAL FOR $10.00. I WAS TOLS IT WAS LESS THAN THE MINIMUM AMOUNT ALLOWED.
BAD ENOUGH THEY HAVE CHANGED IT SO THIS IS BARELY FIT TO EAT BUT NOE THIS?? I GUESS IF YOUR A SENIOR OR LIVE ALONE THEY DON;'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS. I AM FINISHED WITH THEM!!!

Ive been ordering kfc every other week for yrs and the last 4 visits have all been completely screwed up. The orders have either been wrong somehow or the lastnight it took 2hours!! For then to deliver my food. They had to remake it cause something happened with the driver. The service has gotten so bad we may never go again. Hire canadians that can do their jobs properly again. We want a refund and deserve a full refund on overpriced garbage now.

The chicken was small and dried out. I couldn't eat the product nor would my dogs or cats. KFC at one time was the top of fried chicken - they are know at the bottom of fried chicken providers.
This is what happens when a private equity company purchase a business, So sad!

I do not eat KFC anymore after I found out they use Halal meat, it’s cruel and barbaric.

The kfc in marmora Ontario Canada had the worst service I've ever experienced, no selection and to boot the food was garbage and didn't have that kfc flavor. I actually think it's not the kernels recipe, they are just using the name for customers plus I can't get a bucket

The food at KFC is not wholesome, they hide the age of the chicken by killing it with salt, and under the skin the flesh is gray/black. I visited the KFC at Queensway and 427, near Sherway, the experience was not pleasant, I will not revisit, they should get no stars

The real question is , what went right ? St Vital KFC is giving all the other KFC in the city a bad name Bad service, orders wrong , not clean I live 3 minutes away and that is the only reason I have been going but every time is something bad. I have been to Popeyes when they had no extra crispy chicken, as always. Popeyes is a little more expensive but worth it Very clean, excellent service, very busy, that along says a lot , KFC can't say that So sad because I love KFC extra crispy chicken
Last order , I asked extra crispy 10 piece special, got 5 extra crispy and 5 regular and they gave me 8 small drum sticks. Not a special to me
