Just buy watch it not turning on the watch is fake it’s 6 hour now omg my daughter disappointed

Gutted that I didn’t check this site first! It seems an utter scam: cheap looking watch arrives, doesn’t work and there is no way of contacting company other than an email that gets identical automated replies to every query.
The company must be making a packet out of dishonesty.
Please, please don’t buy!

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing.
The watch came with a damaged box, no charger or instruction how to change battery and it won’t turn on!

How the F*** are we supposed to use it?!
And there’s no phone number to call.. shocker!!!

Total scam..I bought two(£79) in December..They looked so cheap and both got spoilt in few days..The watches couldn't do any of the activities stated on its website. They promised guarantee for 1 year and I've been writing them to no avail. Please avoid

My original review was removed and hence I am writing this again, incase, it prevents another person hassle of buying and then trying to return this 'watch'.

Let's be clear - it is an expensive toy which has been labelled 'watch'. The watch itself doesn't work and I could not find a way to set a time OR do anything whatsoever with the watch. As others have noted, the watch comes in a plastic transparent cover with minimal instruction. To a large extent, it is ugly.

The only positive spin to the story is, once I sent the watch back at my own expense, I have received back the payment.

Please avoid these people! The watch came with no case, no real instructions, just in a jiffy bag. The watch does not work - you can't even set the time! Tried to contact the company and they don't answer. So I've put it down to a bad experience and hopefully my review along with all the other negative reviews will help stop more people being ripped off.

Absolutely rubbish and a complete scam. I ordered the watch for my son on Wednesday. Arrived on Thursday but in a jiffy bag and not in a box as described on their website. No instructions and no charger etc. I've emailed for a refund but not hopeful I'm going to get one. I wish Google wouldn't allow these websites to pop up when you do a search. I'm extremely annoyed. How these people can get away with it, I dont know. Please dont buy from this scam website

These is a big SCAM. DON'T BUY from here at all.
We got into this looking at the website showing multiple features of watch but what came was totally a surprise. A watch toy without any packaging in simple small letter envelope. Plasticky and cheap with no quality at all and dead battery.
Luckily, I opted for signed delivery as wanted a proof for return but seller mentioned they received it ( as can't deny RoyalMail signed delivery) but shockingly said they haven't got the watch just post with a note.
This is most absurd form of fraud I have ever seen.

I am following on this as I have proof of return receipt which has the parcel weight printed on receipt so they would have to refund.
But be warned - its complete SCAM and do not buy here

Absolute scam. Avoid! They send you a Chinese plastic thing in a Jiffy bag. Unable to return.

As everyone else has said, I wish I read this review first. Our sons Christmas present and it doesn’t turn on. Arrived in a tiny flimsy box with a cable that didn’t even fit. They won’t even refund. A complete scam!!!

Watch arrived, does not charge and brackets don't fit on watch. A very disappointed birthday boy.

As others have said - product not as described and is of poor quality in shoddy packaging. “Customer service” would be laughable if it wasn’t so annoying. Having returned it at my cost, waited, then prompted, an email showing the refund looked dodgy - blank card details. Nothing showing on my account - including pending payment. Smacks of fraud to me.

Not as Advertised at all and faulty on arival
Arrived in Jiffy Bag no box as is promised on the website.
No applications or games, just phone and poor quality camera.
Tried o2 and vodafone SIM, just kept rebooting and therefore couldn't register on app.
3 Sim won't work as it needs to be a 3G device which the phone is not

Refund promised but I have to pay to send it back and I quote their email:-

"In terms of a refund, your item must be in the same CONDITION that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, otherwise, you will not be granted a full refund. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item."

Full on scam, if you have had a similar experience report it to trading standards for misrepresentation. If they don't honour the refund there are more stronger routes you can take with your bank etc.

Complete scam, wish we'd read this site earlier.

Watches arrived in a jiffy bag, not a box, one watch didn't have a clasp and so is unusable and the other one doesn't work!

The 'company' are refusing to honour their 1 year warranty and will not refund.

Absolute joke. Avoid!

Do NOT BUY!!!!

Ordered 26th November for my 6 year olds Xmas present. Arrived promptly in white box. I then wrapped it for the big day. She opens it Xmas day, turns it on and none of the features youres meant to have are therem has to have a SIM to work, get a SIM...still doesn't work. Finally after searching see I'm meant to download am app. Download it and it doesn't do a thing. Won't even register correct time. Emailed 4 times now and nothing. I'm a lone parent and work part time to pay for wheat we have...and we don't have a lot so I searched for a good priced one... This came up. I'm disgusted!!! reviews on their website are fake!!!

Absolute rubbish! Doesn't even come with a charger. Unbranded box! No not buy from, a total waste of £30.

UPDATE: PayPal found in my favour when I raised a dispute for the good being "not as described". This website no longer accepts PayPal so if you are buying from here you no longer have this protections.

Absolute Garbage, goods that arrived are not as described. I was sent a cheap poor quality device that barely functions and is absolutely not what was described on the website.

Cheap crap, no instructions. Would expect better from a pound shop.

All the website reviews are fake, as are the media endorsements.

I ordered a watch as it looked ideal for my son for Christmas, it even arrived in around 2 days!! But that’s where the pros stop, I opened the bag to find a cheap white box not even a branded box & inside was some cheap rubbish watch in 3 pieces & an extremely small leaflet telling you have to set the watch up!! I’ve emailed & emailed but I never get a reply so £30 wasted on some slot machine / Christmas cracker rubbish excuse for a watch!!
