Cannot review product as yet as delivery time is far to slow - ordered 2 weeks ago and it still has not arrived - tracker says courier has not yet recieved it.
Hope the wait is worth it - brexit has caused delays from recieving items from abroad, due ot custums etc..

Final review upon refund resolution:
It's rare that I've had such a poor experience with support from a retailer. The entire process has been a nightmare
Firstly, I never received my order as it was lost in transit, it was a month of back and forth to resolve this, with support being very slow to respond, taking multiple days to respond or even a week with nothing. My order arrived in the country on the 5th September and was confirmed lost on 17th September by the courier. All of this information was sent to Kiiroo to confirm the loss.
After 1 month and a week, I finally was processed a refund. This was not easy however as they insisted that the warehouse was "investigating" and they had to do this before a refund could be processed. I have never experienced this in my life, I've had to wait in some cases for maybe a few days to 1 week for the seller to check with the courier, but never over one month.
Be wary of ordering directly as if you have any issues expect an excruciatingly painful customer service experience.
I was initially going to amend the review to a higher rating, but unfortunately I cannot as this whole thing has been an absolute nightmare to resolve, I would have expected perhaps a week or two due to it being international post but I cannot recommend shopping with the company in my experience
To make it better, I ordered the same product from a different retailer as I still wanted to try it and it does not work, so now I am having to return that as well. After researching my issue of no charging + buttons not working seems common
Totally given up with the company and products at this point, sadly I must say, as I truly believe this could be an excellent product

Customer service is awful. You will get one response a day, if you're lucky. I have sent them videos and obliged to their various requests. However, no resolution to my defective Keon upon receipt. Have never used the product because they sent bad product. The device I received never held a charge and never did anything. Frustrating to blow $300 on something that is petty enough for what it is, but let alone if it doesn't even work. Oh, and of course you can't request a refund. Otherwise, I would have done so 3 weeks ago. Not happy with the team at Kiiroo.

Shipping was much slower than advertised and when trying to contact customer support to find out what was going on, they were extremely unhelpful and provided no explanations or even an apology. In fact, half the time they didn't even bother responding.
Because of this I decided to return the product, and informed customer service that I had done so - no response. A week later (with still no response) I sent another email asking them to confirm they were aware I had returned the package and when I could expect a refund. They responded they would issue a refund as soon as they could confirm I had returned it. I provided proof and they said they'd issue a refund right away (this was the only part of customer service contact that went smoothly and were I got properly written responses). They then immediately closed the ticket. Soon after I received an email that my order was refunded. Great, right? Except no, I never actually received the refund. After 3 days and still no refund in sight, I opened a new ticket asking what was going on. I got an automated response saying they'd get back to me within 5 days.. thanks so much for closing the original ticket with no chance for me to respond.
24 hours later - response from Kiiroo! A notification that my ticket had been closed, with no attached message. Still no refund.
Enough was enough, I opened another ticket giving them 48 hours to issue the refund and send me an apology or I would initiate a chargeback. A few hours later I had my refund. Still no apology though.
So basically I had to threaten a chargeback for them to bother sending me a refund for a product I had returned. They even actively closed an inquiry about why a refund hadn't been processed with no response and no action. Absolutely abysmal conduct.

No support. Only buy physical items from them. DO NOT BUY anything digital from their storefront or affiliates. Support has not emailed back or anything from support.at.feelsupport.com. robbed of $50. Most of the review is the same here with people being robbed of the money.

This company is complicit with scamming it's own customers. I've been robbed of $50 from a site the sent me to. I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted. I've been a customer of thier for some time now and have bought several of thier products. They closed my help ticket because I didn't respond fast enough, even though I told them I was being robbed by thier partner or whatever that video site is they claim gives you free videos. They do not, and in fact will scam you.

A lot of issues with the charging port and charging of the Keon and no real help from customer service and also they only give 1 year warranty for their products but in the EU it is 2 years by law!

Absolutely rubbish, after eventually finding the charging point on the device,as there is no manual included. it needs 4 hours of charging for just 30 minutes of play, which is not enough as it takes that long to get everything into position. Its very heavy, very wide and bulky with nothing to hold on to, so whilst you are struggling to hold it in place, you have to reach around the back for the tiny power button. Great, we are finally moving, except it feels like you are being stroked by a bucket, no proper sensations. Even Ron Jeremy would struggle to fill this thing. Genuinely gutted I have to lose £250 on this product
I found out about KIIROO Connect on through a friend of mine; happens to be a the go-to person people would go to ask for advice on Toy industry's products and asking about pros and cons of said products. They gave me the review of the quality and the appealing show of the products KIIROO stows. I went into their Discord server where I met the Discord staff support and it was quite vividly perceptible that the support staff of KIIROO connect have held together a glamourous yet wholesome community which is interactive; I believe: it's all in the company's motto to help others interact and find enjoyment, amusement. The range of the clientele is spread across the globally, reaching customers across almost every continent is admirable. Within the Discord server, too, I met with and conversed with a sum of fair amount of members who happen to reside in different regions, countries and are varied from different cultural background - knit together and fashionably tended to, sought to and asked about their experiences, feedback, reviews - opinions on the events they'd like to see, paying heed to suggestions across the server and making it ' congenial ' for the majority, as it has been and is for me. I cannot express and put into words: the high esteem I hold the staff and KIIROO Connect's Official Head Moderator. I've never seen prompt support from a moderator, administrator from a Discord server's community staff member before. They and the staff team behind them have made the Discord server a place you'd feel welcomed in. Myself, a server owner, having perceived, and shared the same treatment, and felt fairness they bear which is transparently observed within their actions to make the server the lively place it is.
I wishfully hope KIIROO continues on with the products which for certain has brought me and friends amusement and also having given us a superb community to meet and socialize with a grand community supervised with the best staff team.

I have many Kiiroo products and it works very good. REMEMBER to charge with the right charger!!! Not on a keyboard or hub. I ssshhh use the Keon 3 a 4 hours a day :-P.
1 small issue with the Keon... if i put my thing into the sleeve then its get a bit bigger then the stroker case. The sleeve hits the Keon. SO!!! I cut with a scissors the left and right side 2 a 5mm. Now it works like a charm. And imagine... how many miles this thing have done. This is my 3th sleeve, others where damaged because of the many times i used it hahha (addicted? hell no hihihi) There are many free websites but i don't tell. Most Feelxvideos works the best, not all, lets say 90% works very very good. I even use it with a virtual world Secondlife because i am / have scripted things for it.
Last not least. If i am comfortable /relax and what happen happen, then i can c.. in 10 minutes or less, so i have to do things to avoid it :-) (call it experience)

I recently bought a 'Keon & Feel Stroker' combo. Unfortunately when saw the Feel Stroker in person I realised I would be unable to use it as my penis is literally wider than the outer plastic case (at the narrow end).
I was very disappointed about this so contacted Kiiroo as there were no warnings on their website about the maximum penis size this product supports (unlike many of their other items).
However they claimed that all sizes are listed on their website. Which is nonsense so I asked them for a screenshot as proof, which of course they couldn't provide. You can check for yourselves now.
All they did was mindlessly link me to the FeelStars Sleeve details page over and over. Firstly its not even a 'FeelStars' sleeve, it is just the standard Feel Stroker Sleeve so is not even listed there, but on that page all it quotes is the 'Optimal Diameter' for each sleeve. Obviously 'Optimal' and MAXIMUM are completely different. My penis is bigger than the plastic case so its impossible for me to use regardless of which internal sleeve was used. But they couldn't grasp that and just went round in circles for a month speaking to different incompetent agents wasting hours of my time.
They said they couldn't accept a return because the box had been opened (it was a combo box with the Keon and had not been used). But since they don't state the full dimensions on their website the only way to determine the size is to open the box and see! So the customer cannot win and is essentially a scam. I am left with a useless product which is completely unfair. Even if they couldn't accept a return given the circumstances they could have done the decent thing and at least offered store credit to help make up for it.
Whatever nonsense they reply with below I have screenshots and emails as proof. If they finally act fairly I will amend this review.
Terrible company. AVOID.

As predicted the lies continue. Did you even bother to look at your website? Everyone reading this can go onto to it right now and see for themselves that it DOES NOT STATE THE MAXIMUM SIZE IT SUPPORTS. Why do you continue to deny reality?! If you genuinely believe it does then for the millionth time provide me a screenshot of your website where this is stated. You can't because it doesn't exist.
Rather than do the right thing and apologise, update your website to warn other customers and accept a return or offer compensation you just continue to lie. SCUM.

Got the Keon not long ago and tried using it with their app but it seems to be lagging and then to my surprise there is an extra cost for some new platform they got for PC! So you need a subscription for access to other sites that will also charge you ??? Oh but there is a brief trial period of 3 days HAHAHA!
I'd rather close my eyes and use the stroker without the Keon than pay extra for something that is out of whack. Get your hardware software to work perfectly before asking such high prices for stuff that won't work 100%!

After my third product has failed from this company and not replaced AGAIN because outside of warranty I would not recommend them at all. They have some great products, namely the keon and lumen, but others just don’t last the distance, onyx+, their sleeves or the pulse solo. Don’t expect any help if you do have issues. When you pay premium prices you should get a premium product and premium SERVICE in return. Stay away from these guys.
Edit: I will not be supplying that. It’s for the pulse solo not charging. You had plenty opportunity to do the right thing and just replace it but you haven’t. Instead you offered 10% off my next purchase which everyone gets upon opening your website anyway.
This was your response by email: “The issue that you are experiencing is an internal device issue and Kiiroo does not provide or sells replacement parts whatsoever, as it goes against our policy to have the devices open, due to the fact that it can cause damage and injuries if done incorrectly.”
Thought people might like to see your response :) so they can make their own mind up about your company.

Top notch sex toy that allows fully interactive play time. You can also manually use this and experience the fun on your own. While the device is a bit heavy, you can strap it or set it on a table for that hands free use.

Horrible product! Dimensions for recommended junk size is incorrect! You'd be better off sticking your junk in a Pringles Can! Messaged Kiiroo concerning dissatisfaction of product and basically told "We Don't Offer Refunds - But Buy These Products" - Glad I put it on a credit card so I can dispute the product and possibly get a refund since Kiiroo won't work with their customers! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM KIIROO AS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS OR THEIR ADVERTISING! Order #114462.
