Placed order on September 23th and still nothing. There is no tracking information available. Costume service is FAKE!
Prob all the 5 stars reviews above are FAKE as well. This company is a SCAM!!!

I ordered before from this company and it was great. This time I ordered on Friday 28th July and nearly a month later I have no tracking number, no items and they are ignoring my messages. I would avoid this company, something isn't right.

I received my order fast ( within a week )and received exactly what I ordered ( looks exactly like picture ). The only thing that I suggest, would be for them to send shipment updates. Other than that I am a happy customer.

This was my first purchase from kikiriki. My experience could not have been any smoother. Within 15 minutes of ordering, I got a confirmation email and a tracking number. They arrived 6 days later.

I ordered the black tiered tulle pants in a Medium and they fit perfectly. They are very long on me - I am 5'7, however, this doesn't bother me because I have many tall friends. I know for them finding pants that fit properly is a struggle, so I appreciate how they accommodate taller people. Being tulle, I can easily trim the bottoms to fit which I don't mind doing at all.

I ordered from this store. I never received a tracking number for my item. I emailed the customer service stating I was worried about my item coming in time. It has been 10 days since I’ve ordered and no way to see if my package has been shipped. They sent me a rude email with no tracking number. Not helpful at all. I will NEVER order from here again.

Ordered two dresses and only one of them shipped out to me. I emailed about the missing dress and they havent responded to my email. I never even got a tracking number for the second dress. These were supposed to be for a big event :/ its a ripoff and a waste of money.p

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Bought a dress one month ago - it was never sent. I requested a refund online - no response. No replies to e-mails. The contact on IG said it's been sent but no tracking, no dress and no refund. £80 down the drain - scumbags!

My first ever order placed was perfect.. arrived in the uk the next day I was so happy! Every order since has been a nightmare! Slow delivery or not posted at all. Terrible customer service! Would not recommend to anyone. All these 5* reviews are clearly fake accounts who conveniently have only ever left one review… this it to cover how terrible they actually are!

Needed quite a few pieces for my sisters wedding and I’m ever so grateful to Kikiriki for looking after us. The pieces were perfect and any alterations that needed to be done were done immediately without fail. No stress at all which is good especially with it being a wedding. Rossi was absolutely helpful and really listened to what my sister had visioned. Seriously one of the most talented stress free exquisite designers. Everything arrived on time and my sister had the best wedding. More orders coming soon your way Rossi!!!

I needed to return - a little bit complicated and I was worried about getting my refund as website difficult to navigate and no paperwork in parcel
I managed to get hold of phone no and then but all got sorted in the end

Placed order on November 10th and was notified on the 15th my order was dispatched but there is no tracking information available even tho it's been almost 10 days. I will not purchase with this company again

Awful. Didn't know this was china based. Its been a month since i ordered. I might get it someday. Avoid

Terrible service. In an era where we got digital receipts documenting everything (ie Zell) this company [ gearkiki] won’t even acknowledge the fact that they charge me twice for the same order. Now, when I’m asking to be reimbursed on the duplicate order hereon in is where the discrepancy lies. Won’t acknowledge my inquiries as far as being reimbursed

Tried to return my order but are refusing to refund as “security tags” were not attached. All the tags that were on the items when they arrived to me were still attached when I sent back.
Person who was handling my return, “Rossi B” then called me a liar when I mentioned all the tags were in tacked when I sent the items back. Was really rude and not helpful at all.
A scam & they shouldn’t be trusted. I won’t be shopping there again.
