Benson knew the Swift voyager 584 well and was quite happy to be interrupted and answer my beginners questions. Nothing was too much trouble for the handover guys they went above and beyond offering advice as well as just going through vehicle features in as fine a detail as necessary for two newbies.
Shout out to Richard in sales,no pressure and always quick to reply to emails.

We attended Kimberley Caravans today for our handover for our new caravan. After buying many caravans over the years from other dealerships, I have to say that this is the best one we have ever had. Benson and Paul started at the front of the caravan and worked around the whole of the outside first and they explained everything in great detail. We then went inside the caravan and they covered every square inch of the van showing us how everything worked and answering every question we had. Benson and Paul were very friendly, approachable, and made the whole experience a very pleasant one.

In fact, our full experience with Kimberley has been 100% from start to finish, which started with Tom in the sales team. We would highly recommend.

The only issue was the ceramic coating wasn’t buffed off properly; there were lots of areas we had to do when we got it home.

Picked up our new caravan and given a very thorough and informative 2 hour handover with Benson. Excellent service, thank you

Benson was brilliant very thorough and professional. On handover of the caravan he noticed a couple of small issues that we would not have even noticed and arranged for them to be fixed before we left.
Very good handover and very knowledgeable. Overall 10/10

Only had my caravan for 6 days we took it away to try the caravan out and noticed that the vinyl stickers on the caravan had air bubbles in it phone them up and they were happy for us to drop the caravan off on the way home, nothing was a problem to them pleased to sorted the problem out had it for 5 days

Service department don't keep you up to date l think and a lot of people agree closing the cafe was a bad move think you have lost a lot of trade doing it

The lads even changed my tow ball over with mine been the wrong one. Couldn't refer them more.

The hand over of the caravan was excellent every thing was explained and they were very helpful with the extra bits that I needed

Both Benson and Paul were great with the handover, lots of questions from us but all questions were answered in full,but the most important question from us was “what if” and the the answer to that was either call in or just phone.

We had a good experience buying our Swift Voyager 584 from Kimberley. Richard from the sales team was very helpful and we would highly recommend him to other buyers. Our handover of the motorhome was dealt with by Benson and again it was first class with nothing too much bother.

Fabulous experience from start to finish.

From walking round then seeing caravan we wanted .then we seen Richard and he showed us the van .
We went inside office we were giving a nice coffee done the paperwork arranged the pick up date , v pleasant experience . Week later I was shown how everything works in great detail I forgetting lads name now, that was v informative . It's our 1st van we have not been out in it yet but we can't wait.

Ongoing issues with our Motorhome since newly purchased in March of 2023 still not resolved. Recently came back from yet another 3 week long attempt by service department to effect a final fix on the ever growing snagging list only to find half finished jobs and total omission’s from list !!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!
