This company is disgraceful ordered some trainers that where meant to be orthopaedic one when they came the sole where so thin and the quality was not good asked to send them back told have to pay to send back to Asia then they would take $20 from me to restock them this is a complete rip off do not buy from them

decent quality, arrived on time, n the sizing was accurate compared to the chart they gave

Shocking! Took ages to arrive. Very poor quality, nothing like the picture, then refused a return or refund.

A long wait for poor quality trainers that won't even go on human feet.
Returns need to be sent to China and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from any refund.

Same result as the others here. Scammed into ordering trainers which appears now , after reading other reviews here to be fake. Cons purchaser into applying 2 discounts , during purchase swiftly without giving the chance to cancel.Same Item then charged 3 times.... Immediately contacted Barclays Visa for charge back. Breaking UK consumer laws & distant website order laws.
Phone number redirects to China. Misleads consumer into thinking it is a UK or USA company. Their half an hour refund clause is FAKE. Sent email - refused refund offered only different colours for other 2 items. Gave them 24 hours to resolve. DO NOT ACCEPT OFFER FOR REPLACEMENT COLOURS OR ITEMS... ILLEGAL PRACTICE.
Advised by visa that will have to wait until transaction goes through before they can do anything.. So today will escalate via VISA to cancel & charge back.

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS. CHINESE FAKERS & CONMEN. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STARS IF I COULD BUT TRUST PILOT DOES NOT GIVE THE OPTION.

China is like the wild west. Will attempt to raise a criminal complaint if possible - but looks like that's impossible. They are conning people via loop holes - not giving the customer the chance to review an order before finalising.

Will await outcome with VISA. But looks like I will lose £34 which is over the £100 purchase protection. being charged £134 via a HONEY TRAP CON.

Im usually very wise when purchasing & only purchase from UK Companies...but this misleads as would never deal with Chinese companies as mostly fake shoddy goods are provided.

Ordered sandals which arrived late. Sandals were very poor quality looked like plastic and very poor fitting. After requesting a refund which was advertised as free refund within 30 days I was advertised I had to pay to send them back to Asia which wasn't guaranteed to get there then it would be £20 handling fee. Wish I had read the reviews before the purchase. Do not order from Kimberly Benn and do not believe their adverts

Placed an order for one item, then clicked on same item at lower price as substitute. Clicked on third item with different description which turned out to be exactly the same as the first item. After first checkout, clicking on further items triggers immediate payment. I tried to cancel my order within their 30 minute ‘cancellation window’, which they at first ignored then came up with the excuse that the 30 minute window was suspended due to their sale event (not on their website). Shoddy goods arrived and too large. Cost of returning to China and 15% restocking fee means returns process is not worth it (if it even exists). I contacted my credit card company to stop payment or invoke a chargeback, but they were unable to help. An expensive lesson.

They won't cancel a second dress which is exactly same as first one I bought.
I went through to see what a discount was and they charged for two dresses.
On their cancellation rules they say if you cancel in less than an hour after your purchase they can do it if not they can't as order may have been sent .Well, it was 2 minutes but are still refusing to cancell.
This company is a scam company is a scam don't buy from them as they will rip you off.
If I could I would give no stars.
Now they have my credit card details too which makes me feel nervous.
They say they only sell in the UK which makes you think they are in the UK but you find out they are in China. Had I known that before I never would have purchased. If you don't want to be ripped off steer clear.
I see on this Web site that a lot of the dresses are poor quality and it cost as much to send them back as buying them so people end up keeping them. Well, this company won't be around Long if they carry on this way. This company is breaking the distance selling law as the law states that as soon as your order is accepted you have the right to cancel and receive your money back as long as it is within 14 days.

Wrong size shoes sent. Now I have to pay shipping costs and they take $20 and state no guarantees take they will arrive safely back with them.

I ordered a suit from what I believed was a UK company, not China based. I found out that I had been drawn into purchasing con. I messaged straight away to explain what had happened and advised that I only wanted 1 suit not 3!!! They have advised today that they cannot cancel but they offered another colour or to purchase other items. They took payment immediately but will not refund payment for the 2 non required items! From their advertising they give the impression of being customer friendly and will do everything to make the buying a good experience The whole image of the advertising is a front and their reluctance to help refund an error is not ethical. I wish I had read the reviews before proceeding!!

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing.
Poor quality, sizing is terrible, and worst of all their returns policy is shocking. They offered a replacement item but I had to pay for the shipping.

Do not buy from this company they are pirates. Ordered 2 pair of shoes they are not even close to proper sizes and they were scuffed and damaged. The quality was appalling. Tried to return them and they advise that it would cost me USD20.00 restock fee and $70 in customs fees and the liability for safe return was mine and things often go missing. They continue to try and persuade me not to return instead they will send 2 more pairs free of charge and keep the originals aswell. Make sense of that? Just proves they are churning out garbage. BEWARE!

Ordered a pair of boots. Arrived late and 2 sizes smaller than ordered. Contacted them and got 2 options.1) keep them and re-order for free, just pay shipping. They will not tell me what the shipping cost is. Just that when I check out the shipping cost will be advised! 2) return the boots at my shipping expense, then pay a re-stocking fee then they process my refund ( not much coming back then!)
Either way they get more money out of me. They do not have to abide by UK laws like trading standards or the consumer act and their sickly sweet emails full of heart and kiss emojis is insulting. Buyer Beware. Buy British, from a British company, based in Britain. £59 down the drain.

Ordered one pair of shoes from this company as part of a costume for a theatre show. Then they offered a badly worded and a little misleading discount. What that actually did was add two more pairs of the same shoes to my order, no separate checkout they simply amended the amount charged to the card. I wanted ONE pair. I of course immediately noticed this and asked them to correct the order, they refused saying they could not amend a processing order (against UK law). I told them immediately there is no way they had processed or packed anything at this point. Their refund system involves you returning items to China at your expense lots of excuses in their terms to say if it goes missing or if the customs forms are wrong they will not be held responsible (also against UK law). They also want to deduct a 15% restocking fee (also against UK law). This looks like a dropshipping outfit that's exploiting loopholes of trading from different countries I highly recommend you don't buy goods from them and simply go somewhere else it's not worth the grief.
