Avoid this company.

I ordered what I thought were Onitsuka trainers. The pricing is what caught me out – they were listed at around the normal retail price but shown as being reduced by 50%, which made the offer seem genuine. Unfortunately, after placing my order, I noticed details in the product photos that made it clear the trainers were counterfeit.

I contacted customer services immediately to cancel the order, literally as soon as I realised the mistake. I was told it was "too late" to cancel and that I would have to wait until the trainers were delivered before requesting a refund.

Once they arrived, I contacted them again to arrange the return. This is where the real issue began. Their website clearly states: "Not happy? Return within 30 days. No hassle." That couldn't be further from the truth.

Instead, I was told:

To pay to return the item to Asia.
To pay any import duties or taxes.
To pay a 20% restocking fee.
And often items are lost so I'd have to take that risk.

Obviously it would cost more to send them back and they would likely say they were lost and I'd not even get a refund.

I asked several times for a UK returns address, especially as they advertise to UK customers only, but they simply repeated the same response without addressing my request.

In my opinion, this returns process appears designed to discourage customers from exercising their right to a refund. Combined with what I believe to be counterfeit products, the whole experience has been extremely disappointing.

I've now reported the transaction to my bank and am pursuing a chargeback.

My advice: Stay well away from this company.

They tiok payment 3 times for the same dress & would not give me a refund

BEWARE! This business is based in America. Its warehouse is based in China. There is NO UK address at all. I waited almost 3 weeks for delivery. The trainers were of very poor quality & cheap material. Postage to return goods to China is prohibitive. There is also a restocking charge. You won't get any money back. No recourse to UK law. This business is a conniving cheat.

DO NOT PURCHADE. Scam company fake clothes that do not look like the images and a non existent return process treating with high costs posting to Asia and restocking fee.

There is no button for zero. Or that would be my choice.AVOID AVOID AVOID. poor quality items, nothing like the dresses advertised, feels like flammable nylon, stitched terribly, just overall awful. In a dispute tio get my money back. Told to accept another item or return to China at my own cost, with a £20 restocking fee and if for some mysterious reason it gets lost in the post then I get nothing. It advertised based in UK, it prices in £'s then you pay and get delivery details from china. It also advertised full refund within 30 days. I requested a refund 10 minutes after receiving it. I truly hope this review saves someone else from being scammed 🙏

I wish I had read the review before making the purchase. The boots I ordered turned out to be faux leather, not genuine. Avoid spending money on that website

Stay away! They do not deserve 1 star. Sent me the wrong size shoes then wanted me to pay international shipping costs to replace. It was their mistake and they should have done the right thing and replace free of charge.

Sizing chart was all wrong. I ordered 2 of the same product. One was size XL and one was 3XL. When we received the, THEY WERE BOTH THE SAME SIZE!!!! Even though the tags said the respective sizes. When we asked to return the product, they wanted a restocking fee, even though the fault is theirs! It's a defect in the order, the sizes are defective. And their own policy states that if theres defect, the restocking fee is waived. Even after a lot of emails, they never read the emails properly, and always replies with the same response.

If I could give them a -5 review, I would. This is a scam company, and BUYER BEWARE!!!
1-They trick you into buying the item at a cheaper price, but you get tricked into buying it a second time and get charged for both item.
2-They don't say what the fabric is in the description but it looks like linen. When you receive the clothing, it's made from cheap polyester; the photo does not look remotely like the dress that is advertized.
3- Even though it says the item is refundable, when you say you want to return it, they say you have to return it to China with stocking fees and postage.

Dress looked like a temu special when I asked for a refund they want to charge me 20 euros to return the dress that isn’t nice to get another dress sent to me they want me to pay the shipping!
The back of the dress isn’t advertised on the website it’s just a price of string. When I ask to complain they keep asking me to pay the money to ship the dress don’t resolve the complaint

I ordered a pair of trainers in a size 8, they took three weeks to be delivered only to discover they had sent a size 6. The quality of trainer is awful. I tried to instigate a return by visiting their website, the returns system is archaic, you have to email them first to initiate a return. I have received no response from them despite sending further emails. A truly awful company to deal with. Apart from all the hassle factor, the quality of trainers as previously stated is poor . Do not buy from this company if you want a hassle free experiance.

Awful experience; avoid at all costs!
Shipping took several weeks; an unexpected delay.
Upon arrival the item was nothing like what had been advertised and was of a woefully inferior quality.
After requesting to initiate a return I was informed the cost of return was the same as the garment. Thieving scoundrels.

This is a Chinese website, really poor quality nothing like the photo advertised. Asked for refund but not worth the cost of return. Do not order from them!

Another one of those brands with a nice website that feels like it's shipping from the UK but actually takes the better part of a month to arrive and has a totally impractical returns policy. Size 45 shoes turned up eventually and fit like a 42. But it's too much of a pain to return, so I've given them away.
