We had a visit from the lovely Lady Lawn Technician Ashley today. She is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. She made some holes in the lawn then spread lots of different treatments, giving concise aftercare instructions. We are relatively new customers but the treatments before Christmas have already shown a big improvement in the lawn.

Our lawns were a mess, seemingly more bare earth than grass. Kingsbury Lawn Care was our last hope of regenerating the two lawns, which they have now achieved to a degree I thought impossible! All credit to Stan, who has been fantastic in not only saving the lawns but also keeping us fully briefed in what he was doing, what we need to do and what outcome we can expect. I decided to use Kingsbury Lawn Care as they are a private company and only employ experts on lawn care, rather than a franchise operation.
Our technician Matt arrived at the arranged time and worked non stop for three hours, scarifying, aerating and seed spreading. Initially the result was a bit worrying, but sure enough over the next fortnight the lawn grew and now at two months on it looks splendid.
Matt is very enthusiastic and I’m sure that between the two of us we’ll have a lawn to be proud of.

Ashley cares for our lawn. Always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. After a dry summer the lawns were looking a bit sad but have now picked up and back to great standard provided by Ashley!

Matt has visited today and put a solution treatment and a granular one. He clearly explained the full benefits of having both.

they were treating two areas of grass, one looked terrible for months, I tried to cancel but I was told I need to have more paid treatments because there was a 60 day cancellation period even though the grass looks terrible. I told them to cancel, they made it very difficult and tried to push more treatments.

I called Kingsbury lawncare to repair my patchy lawn. They advised I needed a patch repair but when the technician came to do it he said I didn’t need it, strange but I thought the other treatments would solve the issue. Fast forward a few months, my lawn is still patchy and I asked the technician why this was and he told me I needed a patch repair. Although I’m sure the treatments they have done would’ve helped my lawn, the didn’t cure the main issue I had.

I have found Kingsbury to be exceptional so far, I see no reason why this would change. The customer service is very warm and genuine, this starts from making bookings and follows end to end to the technications. Matt, Olivia, Jack and every person on the team are great. And always have time to support you with any questions you may have.
On top of this the results (which is what your paying for) are fantastic. Products are top notch and I look forward to having a great lawn for years to come. I highly highly recommend Kingsbury lawn care without hesitation.

I engaged KLC to fully renovate my lawn. While initially pleased, some of the areas did not germinate and this was repeatedly reported. I paid for repeated overseeing and scarifying and all other recommended treatments, but in the areas where germination failed, poa (a weed grass) set in. I haver asked that they address this but they again want to charge me for a renovation service when the issue is due to failed germination in the first place. Im happy to add further treatments at my cost, but first, at their cost, I anticipate the lawn I paid for. Correspondence has bared no result, basically Jack washing his hands of it. What happened to the germination guaranteed? I now have to consider tacking action since no further response and zero support

We changed our lawn treatment company last year to Kingsbury and we’ve not been disappointed. The lawns this year are looking superb and the grass is a really nice shade of green.
Whoever comes out to treat the lawn is always very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Kingsbury to anyone.

Last year my lawn was a mess covered in moss and weeds. It has now been transformed and is a totally different lawn. Even my friends comment on how lovely it looks.

Jack and his team are all very friendly and professional. Our grass has been transformed into a lush green thatch and has just been prepared for the next year. I would highly recommend Kingbury Lawn Care to anyone needing a refresh (or just looking after) their lawn.
