Would give no stars if I could. The sales people barged into my house saying that they would clean my couch at no cost and that I could sit back and relax. Little did I know they planned on showing me this whole presentation on this stupid vacuum pressuring me with questions and compliments. They almost forced me to purchase it on a payment plan. Thank god I got a second opinion and worked the courage up to get them back to collect it. Overpriced, rude, and forceful. Do not buy.

La carriera é realmente meritocratica e si guadagna tanto ma solo se si lavora bene e con un obiettivo chiaro, diversamente é solo una grande opportunità di crescita e formazione comunque utilissima nel proseguo della propria vita.

Come tutte le opportunitá reali ci vuole volontà, abnegazione, resilienza e capacità, cose che si possono avere o acquisire ma nel mondo di oggi (per fortuna) pochi hanno queste qualità, gli altri diranno che l'uva non é buona perché non disposti o capaci ad arrivarci

Just the sales tactics have a lot to be desired. If you pay the right price everything is good if you are a bit naive you can get ripped of by strong arm sales.
I have a heritage 2 1981 and an avalir 2017 happy with them both and will out perform anything i put next to them. I even have the test meter attachment to prove that very point
Negative reviews tent to be those that have paid too much in my opinion.

They are scammers. If a Kirby salesman comes to your door, do not let them in. I bought a vacuum that doesn’t work, and the company refuses responsibly.

I’d give zero stars if I could—one feels way too generous. The salespeople are dishonest, making false promises of free yearly services with only charges for consumables, just to close the sale. Then, the company disappears and you never hear from them again.
Now, years later, I get a call offering the yearly service for £40 instead of the £100, all thanks to a “special offer.”
How about being upfront and honest from the beginning instead of misleading customers?
£900 was an expenses purchase just to be lied to?

È più di un anno che devo ricevere i sacchetti ed altre attrezzature tra cui il detersivo e nonostante innumerevoli sollecitazioni non si è fatto vivo nessuno ho richiesto anche la copia del contratto di acquisto e non mi è ancora arrivata

My family have had a kirby machine ever since I can remember to this very day 20+ years later the exact same machine has been passed down from my father to my brother and still works like the day it was bought LEAVING ANY DYSON VACUM FOR DEAD THERE IS NO COMPARISON TO THIS VACUM IT IS WITHOUT A DOUBT SECOND TO NUN AND ONE OF IF NOT THE VERY BEST VACUM IN THE WORLD I MYSELF AM JUST ABOUT TO PURCHASE THE NEWEST MODEL AND PREMIUM PACKAGE THEY HAVE AS I HAVE 3 VERY LITTLE CHILDREN AND AT LEAST I WILL HAVE PEACE OF MIND THAT MY CARPETS ARE TRULY CLEANED WITH NO DUST MIGHTS ECT LEFT BEHIND DUE TO POWER AND PERFECTION ,PERFORMANCE THIS MACHINE GIVES YEAR AFTER YEAR AFTER YEAR UNL8KE ANY OTHE VACUM ON THE MARKET

Ditta poco affidabile, dicono tante bugie in tutto quello che raccontano, prezzo fuori dal mondo per un pezzo di ferro che è rumoroso e scomodo dicono che ti danno tutti gli accessori e poi non arrivano.mai, diffidate se vi capita qualche venditore cacciateli fuori, sopratutto un tale Giuseppe G.

Acquistato il secondo Kirby feb 2020 prima del COVID (mia mamma si è fatta convincere), con GARANZIA KASKO 10 ANNI che comprende fornitura sacchetti, shampoo e altro. C'era anche lavapavimenti mai vista fino a che io nel giugno 2021 vado direttamente a Bologna in sede per riprendere il vecchio aspirapolvere aggiustato e questa Benedetta lavapavimenti. Sottolineo che sono andata io perché nessuno si è più fatto vivo. Kirby vecchio manco sapevano dove l'avessero messo. Comunque me ne danno un altro (che chissà di chi era) recupero tutto. Poi inizia la storia della fornitura di sacchetti e altro: sempre presa in giro dicendo i che un incaricato li avrebbe portati a casa quando in zona. Ad oggi ricevuto zero. E proprio oggi mi viene la meravigliosa idea di chiamare Kirby Italia assistenza: scopro che la garanzia che danno è solo quella di legge e che queste fantomatiche garanzie da 10(20,30 per altri) anni non esistono. Insomma specchietti per le allodole che comunque Kirby Italia conosce, quindi vuol dire che non importa assolutamente a nessuno di come lavorano le persone, purché si venda. A questo punto come si può chiamare se non truffa?

Magnificent vacuums. They outperform everything, look great and make vacuuming enjoyable. A high quality item which makes a carpeted house far more pleasant to live in.

Quando vi chiedono di fare una dimostrazione a casa tua mandali a quel paese (vaff...!!!! Schifosi dopo la vendita scompaiono non esiste più nessuno.

False premises for discussion. Initially sales person wanted to talk about foamless carpet cleaning but quickly changed rover aggressive sales pitch for a $2500 Kirby vacuum cleaner. He would not take "no" for an answer .

The servicing and parts seems expensive now.
I felt that it was strange as there were no signs on their premises and they were working from home? Professional?

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I can't speak to the vacuum itself but the sales practices are horrendous. My husband and I are working from home and answered the door to the Kirby salesmen. They gave us a free bottle of soap and said that they "weren't here to get us to buy anything, and just wanted to hear our honest opinion about their product". Thinking it was some kind of survey, my husband let them in. NEVER AGAIN. They walked all the way into the house to the living room and started to do a whole demonstration. When it got to about 30 minutes in, my husband had to tell them that we had to get back to work. The salesman seemed disappointed and said he'll just pack up. He called his boss to inform him, then asked us if we wanted to buy the Kirby. We asked how much, and he told us $3600. We said no thank you, and he asked for the bottle of soap back!! So our time was wasted plus we didn't even get this small free item that was given to us 'just for letting them in'. Don't let these people inside.

2 men came knocking on our door trying to sell a vacuum cleaner, trying to ask for coffee and using toilets without needing to go so must of been a delayed response, also broke our door handle to the toilet, very rude, told them to leave 6 times and finally threaten to call the police they left shortly after, I would never contact this company and never let them inside your house

My vacuum cleaner is a old kirby probably about 50years old & it's super powerful way better than the Dyson & Shark c@!p you get now that just lose suction straight away.
My kirbys suction is so powerful you need two hands. Best part is they always make the parts for a life time so no problems fixing or replacing broken parts etc
