I ordered the little dog, when it arrived there were 3 in the package. I went to the site to try and get a return address to return them, I haven't received it yet. They are taking $14.99 from my bank account each month and I don't know why. How do I return the products? I opened the package and what I saw in the clear plastic looked like a joke. I want my money back and for them to stop taking more money from my account. How do I do this?
So far, they have taken $124.96 from my bank account. How do I get it back? I have been trying since I received the products with no luck. Kirobrands.com is the name of the sellers.

Scammed me out of 100$. Now I have to go back and fourth with my cc. Company. Cc company told me to contact Kiro for full cancelation told they would cancel and confirm that as 10days ago and no response. Do not buy anything from this company they will scam the shit out of you. They will store your cc even if you use PayPal and charge you for a mystery box that you never receive monthly. This company is a complete scam relying on people not paying attention to make money. Disgusting business practices. Just yuck! You guys suck.

I watched a YouTube video about some glasses. Outlandish claims were made. But I stupidly fell for it. They have a very tricky and deceptive sales funnel. It’s very unethical. Then within minutes I canceled my order and the subscription that they tricked me into buying. Their AI Bot (calling itself “warm regards”) told me the item was already “in process” and they couldn’t issue a refund but that I could contact them when it arrived and possibly return minus shipping and handling (both ways of course). Be very careful before purchasing from them. This company does not practice good customer service.

Do Not But anything from Kiro Brands. All of their advertising is false. BEWARE

Everything went wrong with the beginning, their web was set up to steal, I was trying to order an AI puppy, got to the payment, provided one good credit card infos and was rejected as non-sufficient funds, tried a second good credit card and rejected as well for non-sufficient funds. Later, I tried again and used a debit card and ended up getting on the screen the charged amount of $154 , the cost of everything advertised on that page. The puppy was advertised for $19.99 Tried hard to see the order and could not get it on the screen. Called them several times, never answered the phone, sent emails and heard only lies. A bunch of crooks. I got ripped off. Still working with my bank trying to get the whole refund. Nothing received from them after 2 weeks.

I ordered 4 of these so -called robotic dogs and I bought a dog just like it from Walmart. It is not even close to an AI product. Runs on 2 AA batteries, will definitely NOT learn anything. Turn it on it squeaks like barking and vibrates to move. Something from back in the 1960's. Will be returning ASAP. Now. I have to return it back to Fuyong Community. I took pictures of packaging and of the item, plus video. Never got the actual product from any of these Cartpanda or Buygoods. Companies better start using a US based distribution or call center. Have passed up numerous items due to this.

I implore you, do not buy from these thieves. They charged me twice for an add on that I never asked for. Not only that, they still owe me $108.00 which they sent $40 of. They are total thieves. Do not order from them. Get ‘em out of business!!!!

This Lighter is aggressively advertised as a rechargeable dual lighter and torch that doesn’t use fuel or butane gas. Absolutely WRONG! Took it out of the box and the first thing you find is a butane filling port on the base. It only works after adding butane, but I must say that it is a very impressive torch. The best in my toolbox. However, I bought it because it claimed to be 100% electronic NOT using butane.

This company scammed a lot of Americans. They promoted item that looks sophisticated and great price. Be aware when you ordering from them, they will send you different items that they promoted on their advertising. Also they want you to return the item to China and the buyer must to pay for shipping fee even though you received the item from America so they can claim that they never receive the item and would never return your money back. Bare in mine, when we receive the item from them, the buyer already pay for shipping fee.

This company is a scam. Federal Government needs to shut this place down. Cancelled an order within three hours of placing an order. They would not cancel order or refund my credit card. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMERS AND A FRAUD.

I purchased two of their thermo heaters.
Total junk- useless heaters that can’t warm the smallest places- not even a small 10’ x 6 ‘ room.
I waited weeks for the delivery and asked repeatedly to cancel the order before delivery.
I wrote them 8 times to cancel and refund and they were completely uncooperative.
They are just terrible.
Please- do not purchase anything from these guys.

They are deceiving people to think this dog does more than what it does it does absolutely nothing you put the batteries in it and it barks and moves and they charging people a lot of money for this it's not worth it you might as well get it off Temu

Purchased Waggy the AI Puppy advertised online.
The pictured item was Delivered, a 1970 barking dog that uses a AA Battery. The toy might have a Microchip but definitely no Microprocessor for AI capability. This toy is something we bought in 1979 for our baby boy (less than 2 years old) to laugh at.
Complete fraudulent Advertising.

Bought 2 pairs of specs from this company which were advertised as able to correct any vision issue. Received 2 pairs of reading glasses. They hadn't even bothered to take the stickers off stating they were reading glasses. I returned them but after 6 months of back and forth emails I am still waiting for a refund which was promised within 3-5 working days!

I did not want to join, or agree to join, the Elite Club Membership that charges you monthly. Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering off this company. Scam, scam, scam. Very disappointed. Buyer Beware.

The problem is that in attempting to check out, Kiro adds additional, generally useless, “products”, which, unless you are very careful to specifically delete them, appear in your final charges. In my opinion, this is deliberate deception, specifically designed to inflate your charges.

The glasses I purchased were supposed to be "special". Nothing special about plain, cheap, plastic reading glasses that I can get at the dollar store. Company will refund but you have to return the item to China which costs more than the item itself.

PLEASE DO NOT ever order anything g from this co. I ordered 3 AI dogs from them for Christmas for my grandchildren. InsteD I received 6 of them and was charged $167. They had all 6 of them just thrown into 1 bag. They were a whole lot smaller then they were suppose to be, and the only thing the dogs could do was help and walk. When I asked for my money back they told me that I would have to mail them to some place in China. CHINA, why China when I bought them right here In the USA. Well needless to say, they stole my $167. As tho that wasn't enough, just the other day they took $24.95 out of my account. This was almost a week ago to be exact. Getting ahold of these people is nearly impossible as they never answer their phone. I have tried emailing them 3 times now but for some reason or other my emails to them are not going through. I know I have the correct address. How dare they take money out of my account when I have ot ordered anything more since the dogs. They are nothing but low class thieves. I ordered what I believed to be a legitimate product from this company kirobrands, I thought this would be the perfect companion for me since I just lost my husband of 44 years and my beautiful little Maltese I had for 14 years. So I thought this would be the perfect little only to find out that they are a complete scam, I placed my order for Waggy an AI dog, what a joke. It’s just a toy that does nothing but go back-and-forth and yaps and make a funny noise not even a bark. I was also charged for some type of add-on an additional $9.99 and for a mystery box elite club which I did not order for $24.99. I contact them for the refund and to get the shipping instructions to return the item only to find out it cost me more to return the dog then my refund would be so I’m stuck with it. I did manage to get $24.99 back for that elite club. Do not buy from this company.. KIROBRANDS IS A SCAM.

am reporting this product because it is not as described in any way. These so-called “AI dogs” are extremely cheap, poorly made, and do absolutely nothing except bark nonstop the moment batteries are inserted. None of the features that were advertised are present or functional.

When I attempted to return the product, I was informed that it must be shipped back to China, which is why the return cost is $61, while the product itself only cost $70. It is completely unreasonable and not worth it to spend almost the same amount of money just to return a defective and falsely advertised product. Doing so would only result in losing even more money.

I am leaving a very negative review to warn other consumers. This product is misleading and feels like false advertising, and the return process makes it nearly impossible for customers to get their money back. Buyers should be aware before purchasing so they do not fall into the same situation.

Products like this should not be allowed to be sold in the United States under misleading descriptions. I feel taken advantage of and extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the return policy.
