If I could I would give them less than one star if I could. These are nothing more than reading glasses. When I contacted the company to try to return them for a refund they said basically I had to send them back to China, pay for the custom fee and then they would reimburse me. I have gone back and forth with the company for the past week since I received the glasses, and basically I can keep them and not get reimbursed or pay the outrageous fee to send them back to China plus the customs fee. When I mentioned that they were mailed to me from within the United States they've said that was just the shipping company they use. Basically tough luck. I have a pair of worthless glasses and encourage you do not buy them unless you need reading glasses. Then you may want to go to Walmart. I am so disappointed.

Their adjustable glasses are a complete waste of money. They are nothing more than reading glasses.

I would return them, but the cost of the return is more than the actual value of the glasses.

This is a scam. When I received my glasses they didn't work. When trying to get a refund, it has been issue after issue. Not only that my product was shipped from long Island ny and I live Albany ny and now they want me to ship it to China, which would a lot more money almost 80.00. Don't order anything from this sight its a total scam...

I ordered one lighter then was offered a discount on two instead of one . Then was offered some thing else and I declined any other offer. We'll, I got charged over $100 for what should have been around $50. It's a scam and I can't reach anyone for customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

100% junk! The glasses do nothing. Returning them to China costs must more than the original expenditure. Faults Advertising of the worst kind! The company states they are in FL. But they are in China!

The advertisement shows quality eyeglasses, what I received was a cheap pair if plastic frame with lens that didn't adjust for reading. I contacted support, they gave me a return address in China which exceeded the gost of the glasses. I will donate them in hopes that it will help someone else.

If possible, I would get than a negative 5-star review. I ordered their adjustable glasses which turned out to be nothing but junk. Totally useless. Wanted a refund, but don't want to spend more money to ship to China and not have a guaranteed refund. Their return email to me implied that I might not get a refund if the product was damaged on return trip. Customs value to be declared was $10, when they charged me almost $70. Wish I had seen these reviews before I fell into their trap.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered these cheap glasses. They were cheap plastic. They don't fit my face. The nose piece has a rough edge that could make a sore on my nose. Can't even use them as readers because they are the wrong Rx. Dollar store readers are better than these. Looks like I may as well forget about getting a refund. I got charged $49.84 for a $1.25 hunk of plastic.

I placed my order and didn't want the glasses perk package so didn't tap it and scrolled to finish the order but when the total popped up it added the glasses perk anyway. Not only did it add something I didn't want I have to cancel it so it don't charge me every month. I'm assuming that will be difficult as hell.

I wished I had seen these reviews sooner! I too stupidly bought these glasses. Not only were they damaged. I couldn’t see I darn thing from them. Big scam. They want you to lie about the actual cost to ship glasses back to company. Value of $10. Going to take the loss. But every chance I get, I will warn people to stay away from China products!!!

We ordered a fuelless lighter and it takes butane.

The galsses are made of cheap plastic and I couldn"t see out of them I ask for a return to get my $137.37 back which they added charges to make it this price. I was told I would have to repack and pay for the return to this address instead of the address in NY where the package came from

The self adjusting glasses is a complete rip off. Does not work at all. I tried to contact KIRO through the contact us website and can't do it. It says error. Just received them 10 minutes ago.

This is a scam! They add other expensive items to your order and make it difficult if not impossible to check out without these addon items!

When I sent them an email saying that I had added something extra that I didn't really want by accident they responded in 3 seconds, but now that I've received my product and want to return and get my refund bc these glasses are not what they claim they are, I have sent three emails and i have not got a response yet. do not buy from these people they are scam artists. I want to know how we can hold these people accountable for their actions. They're scamming people left and right on Facebook with all these cheap products that they claim are way better than they are and then they won't respond when you send them an email wanting a refund. Something has to be done, I don't know why Facebook allows this.

Totally scam for the 'rapid' phone charger. The item I received was not what had been advertised and was just another charger in a box that said "Travel Charger." It was certainly nothing special and eventually charged my phone SLOWER than my Walmart-bought unit. Adding to the insult: The day after I placed the order, an email notice said it had shipped. NOT. It sat 'somewhere' for a week before moving into the delivery system. I have had a similar experience with two other orders that, interestingly, used the same shipper... Lesson learned a little slowly; I will NEVER again purchase anything online unless it is from a trusted source in the USA, Canada, or Mexico.

Beware of extra items added to your final credit or debit card payment when you attempt to order ANYTHING from this company. This happened to me when I attempted to order ONE single item, then when I checked my bank account the next morning, I saw THREE separate items charged with THREE different dollar amounts for each charge, none of which matched the advertised price shown for the ONE item I had attempted to order. Of course, the "customer service" number contained only a recorded voice, and I NEVER was able to talk to an actual person. I fully intend to return ANYTHING I receive from this company - if ACTUALLY received - back to them because of this. DO NOT MAKE ANY ORDERS THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.

This is a major scam company do not buy any products from them, their ads are flashy and convincing, what you get is nothing like they advertise and when you want a refund they insist you send the product back to China which cost you more then your original purchase.
