Here is an honest review of Kiss Cars in Fareham.
James, Lewis, Marcus, Ian and Lucie, Thank-You for getting me into my new Vauxhall, your service and professionalism is truly outstanding and unmatched in my opinion, I have been a customer of Kiss Cars for three years now and I won’t go anywhere else.
I am located in the East of England near Newmarket and the trip down to my home (county) of Hampshire takes me three hours and is totally worth the journey!
I always feel very welcomed, have a nice cup of tea upon arrival whilst everything is sorted out, all their cars are of excellent quality and well sourced, I couldn’t ask for more.

A family run company you can rely on and trust!

I had a dire experience purchasing a new family car recently. Having travelled hundreds of miles over the UK to buy cars from what seem to be reputable and large dealers only to be let down time after time and having to return the cars. Kiss Cars was a breath of fresh air, no pressure selling from Lewis who was communicative, professional and offered to pick me up from the train station. Everything he said they would do and provide they did. Met one of the directors James, who again was friendly and professional. Lucie in the after sales team has been fantastic and professional too, checking in to ensure everything is running smoothly with the car.
They don’t over promise, but over delivered!
As a whole, this family run firm have turned what was a daunting and stressful process into a pleasurable one and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again,or recommend my family and friends to do so!

Great friendly people and a deal sorted and drive away same day

I was sold a car with a faulty battery when returned after 2 days their own engineer acknowledged the car was faulty. Kisscars have got the car back but have refused to give back my 6899 pounds. They have fobbed me off by asking me to take this up with their aftercare, who have so far ignored all correspondence. Avoid at all costs
