I was excited to have an ombre wig with a density of 250. What I received turned into a bushel of straw. I was impressed by the color and density, after a week of wearing the wig it turned into a bushel of straw. I only wear ombre wigs, so I'm aware of the effect of color on a wig but this abnormal. The lighter streaks would not hold a curl nor lay flat. I tried different hair products and conditioners nothing helped to soften the wig. The shedding in beginning was minimal after a week my floor was covered They owe me a refund

It was delivered on time, at the correct location.

The wig was beautiful a little thin. It came on time perfect delivery LOVED THE EXTRA gifts. I would like to be a wig influencer for your company if that's okay.

I love this wig. Love the hair texture and the fact that I can part it in multiple places. It took a little longer to arrive than expected, but not too bad.

Tried to purchase a wig for my mom and she ended up getting charged multiple times for something that was PURCHASED ONCE!!! Very suspicious and Scam behavior will never order from here again. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I Love the hair. The air is soft and very natural looking. Unfortunately, the cap is way too big for me. Definitely need to offer sizes.

I purchased a wig from kisslovehair, and it came matted. I sent them an email to return the wig and I spent a month going back and forth with them to return a wig. They pretended they lost my order and sending me emails of the wrong order asking me if that was my order. This went on for a month but you only have 30 days to return your purchase. I will never order from this shiesty company again!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I placed my order on 2/14/2024. I still have had ZERO contact from them regarding the status of my shipment. I emailed them twice and received ZERO reply. I understand that it was an extended holiday in their country; however, they should not have been taking people's money for orders they KNEW would not be shipping promptly. Very, very, very poor customer service all around. I am disputing the charge as I type this. Please, ladies, do yourselves a favor and DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, buy from this company under ANY circumstances. There are much better companies to spend your hard-earned money with. I only decided to go with this company because it has proved very difficult to find a 360 transparent lace front kinky straight wig at the price they offer. So, in hindsight, that should have been the first red flag for me, but hey you fail and you grow. Stay wise ya’ll!!!!

I am being scammed by this company. Received my order and “free gift” which was not what they advertised. The length of the hair was inaccurate and it was shedding as soon as I took it out the package.
I contacted customer service for a return per their policy. The first response was “oh what’s wrong honey” it did not give me the return address. I again requested the rerun address so I can get a refund. The second response was to ask me if I wanted a $15 refund. I paid $102!! I believe this is a fraudulent company.

I placed my order on February 2 2024, and I have not heard anything from theses people. I tried calling and emailing them. I don't recommend this site. I want my money back and I will keep trying to reach these people until I do.

My hair came extremely fast. I ordered the 26 inch 250% density. It’s really full and beautiful, soft and wavy. I will be ordering from them again in the future.

Someone used my card for 2 purchases. I ordered a wig. And then somebody took advantage and used my card.

Customer service was very helpful . Although the order took a little while to get here due to the weather and post offices not delivering I was still happy when it arrived. 😀 The hair came with no smell, SUPER soft and the curls and the color are the BOMB 💣

Waited and waited for tracking information, when requested to cancel received email a week later stating I couldn’t cancel my order because it was shipped but no tracking number available. The next day I had a email about my tracking number saying shipped. Then it says delivered in another state and was told I couldn’t get a refund.

Good wig no shedding and it curls great. I’ve change to a side and did crumps all styles came out great. Good lace also .
