I ordered a number of things from Kitbox. Unfortunately we are still waiting to receive the other item which for some reason I can’t seem to get an update on, the other items purchased were received in good time but 10 days on and still waiting for the missing item.

Orders placed with Kitbox consistently arrive faster than other online retailers like Nike and Reebok. Don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 3 days from order to delivery.
Prices are very competitive and following Brexit their selection of American and European brands is just what we need from a UK seller.

The test of a business is what happens when something goes wrong as even the best systems have issues at times, and nobody is perfect. A couple of minor issues occurred with my order (item out of stock, and a wrong item sent) but Kitbox were right onto it, communicated quickly and clearly, fixed it up ASAP, and all in my favour.
