Ali installed the kitchen, he was efficient and clearly very skilled. Couldn’t fault him. Much cheaper than the other companies and higher quality and choice than the others too. I highly recommend them

From start to finish, the experience was excellent.The recommendation came through a friend, and within a couple of days following our initial phone call, we had a positive but informal arrangement for a visit. This was followed by a friendly chat with the sales rep, no pressure and very clear choice options. Measurements were taken, a quote provided on the spot which was very competitive. Agreements were signed, deposit taken and date for the surveyor made.
The surveyor came on the due date, on time and checked the measurements which were emailed straight to the factory, and the fitting date agreed.
The fitter arrived on time, worked solidly and efficiently all day, was very pleasant, consulting us on the position of handles, he hoovered up all the bits, removed the old doors and was gone by the middle of the afternoon! THAT is why we awarded the five stars!!

We had Sanjay bojraj he was a fantastic man and an excellent worker. Fabulous communication, polite, accommodating, great workmanship and overall exceptional. Would highly recommend him to anybody!

There was no hard sell at all we were given the quote and we were happy so went with it, everything was swift a date was confirmed our two kitchen fitters Vlod/Jakub were excellent came in and just got on with the job very hard working pair job done in day and half very happy with all aspects of there work also very tidy👍

The fit that we had to put the kitchen in was very pleasant, helpful and respected my property, explained what he was doing, tidying up and put anything back before he left. Charlie Thorpe was an excellent workman, and excellent at the job he was doing. So a very big thank you. And carry on the good work. A big thumbs up.

Enquired about renovating my kitchen with new work tops and cupboard doors and doing it gradually as money is tight and I am going through a divorce. Told it can't be done gradually and would be £3000 minimum spend and due to the size and number of doors would be £10,000. He said if I couldn't afford it, I would be best to leave it until the divorce is finalised or paid to do the work to sell it as he knows Estate Agents will say the same. Absolutely nonsense because I have already found another company who will do it gradually for £4000. Don't trust this company or be fooled by them.
Furthermore Kitchen Magic got back in touch and wished me well. They were happy to lose my business at a fraction of what they were charging. 😲

From the initial visit everything was very relaxed and professional. Any questions we had were answered swiftly, honestly and accurately.
Arthur, the fitter was very friendly,punctual and inordinately good at his job. Any suggestions he made were always to our benefit even if it meant more work for him. Any one who has him fitting their kitchen does have a true professional who takes pride in his craft.

Outstanding! Quality products, installed to a high standard and with minimum of disruption. The fitter (Mick) excelled and went over and above what was expected. Delighted with the end result and proud to invite neighbours and friends round.

Not surprisingly the most important component in Kitchen Magic is the quality of their fitters. Ali is superb. Nothing rushed, his attention to detail was impressive. Especially since he was fitting to a carcass which was probably 30 + years old
in a timber framed house, things had inevitably moved out of square.Ali explained things throughout as he went along. He was also an thoroughly nice man and very hard worker. I hope he is well recommenced .
Speed of delivery is also a big plus. From order to completion within three weeks. So unusual nowadays.
The only thing I would suggest is that customers be advised at point of sale that they may have to empty additional cupboards for the installation.

Overall I would recommend Kitchen Magic highly mostly because of ALI our INCREDIBLE kitchen fitter who made the experience very positive ! He was completely professional and so skilful in replacing all our kitchen fronts, including our centre island which he had to make bespoke on site. He was very respectful and mindful throughout and left our home spotless each evening- as the kitchen is large and took 3 days in total to refurbish and update. Any hiccup was met with calm and a can do attitude. This was incredibly refreshing as the sales team were not as solution focused. Most issues came from the sales team - there was a lack of clarity regarding our expectations - on agreement to go ahead we were told all the cupboards and hinges and handles were included. It later emerged that our handless kitchen required us to resource and purchase the special j profile aluminium handles ourselves and Kitchen magic asked us to pay extra for the specialist pneumatic hinges ( even though this was discussed on initial visit with designer) . Also the extractor fan that we agreed would be paid for and the old one replaced did not arrive and we are still waiting …So all I can advise is check thoroughly so there are no surprises. Thank you Ali for doing a truly smashing job ! Ali you are true gem and kitchen magic are really like to have you !

Adrian the fitter was very good , nothing was too much trouble and he went of his way to ensure I was satisfied with his work . Only one thing I wish the designer had pointed out to me that I wouldn’t have a handle on my new cabinet as I’m finding it hard to source one to match with my existing other cabinets

Everything went to plan. The agent arrived on time for the initial inspection. The surveyor came when he said and finalised the measurements. The installation was completed without a hitch. Nothing more to say except well done Kitchen Magic.

Really efficient, friendly company, from sales through measurement to fitting and taking all the old kitchen rubbish away, they all did pretty much exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. It's not cheap, but to have everything refurbished to a high standard, in just a few days, with minimal disruption, I consider well.worth it. I now have a beautiful kitchen which feels new. Our fitter, Adrian, was amazing, he worked like crazy - he never took a break! My only criticism is that the salesman / measurer missed an important issue with a pipe which needed to be moved to accommodate the new dishwasher and the suggestion was that I find a plumber to sort it. That was really bad - it should have been picked up and if I needed to deal with it pre-istallarion, I should have been told. Happily Adrian found a solution, but I should not have had that stress mid installation - there were, of course, no plumbers free at such short notice. The salesman has assured me they would do all the plumbing.
