What a great guy that came to fit our kitchen, his name was Ali and he was such a gentlemen. He had an apprentice with him and at all times his instructions were clear and precise. The kitchen was fitted to a great standard and they cleaned up as they went along. I absolutely love my kitchen and would recommend this company to anyone. Such a professional company and omce again Ali was a true gentlemen.

All ontime ,install technician was friendly helpful and efficient.

The whole experience with KItchen Magic from the initial meeting was excellent and very professional.
Cindy was our sales representative and she was very professional and ensured we were totally comfortable with the choice of material,kitchen equipment and time line offered.
For any kitchen restoration the key for a successful completion is the fitter. Callum was our fitter and he was so experienced very customer focused and wished to deliver a product and service of truly exceptional quality.
His skill and professionalism was so positive and a very hard working individual, the whole experience was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Magic to a colleague.

The salesman James wasn't pushy and explained everything well.

When we moved in to our new house, we decided we would give our kitchen a makeover. We went with Kitchen Magic as the designer promised all we wanted. When it was fitted there were many discrepancies and things werent finished to the standard we expected. We brought these to the attention of Kitchen Magic and they sent out another fitter to correct the shoddy work that had been done. The other fitter was Ryan Butterfield and the job he did was fantastic. He was tidy, polite and cared about the product.
All in all we are satisfied with the end result.

From choosing the new doors for our kitchen through to the fitting by Artur everything went smoothly. Kitchen now looks great and is useable. Thanks

We're pleased with the cupboard doors, but the person who came to fit them did a poor job and seemed to be in a hurry to finish as early as possible. He also showed no care for the property or the items that we had left in the cupboards (as advised by Kitchen Magic that we could do so), banging and crashing into things in his haste. We had to get someone back to put a few things right, but Kitchen Magic were very helpful and sorted this out straight away.

The design experience with Kitchen Magic was good overall. David talked us through the different options, answered our questions and gave us useful information during the visit.

We were emailed two quotes, one with a quartz worktop and one with a laminate worktop.

After this, we took the time to get four further quotes so we could compare properly. This included two companies that would completely redesign the kitchen, rip out the old one and replace it with a brand-new kitchen.

In the end, we decided to go with Avanti Kitchens, as Kitchen Magic’s like-for-like quotes were more expensive than a full rip-out and new design. Their quotes state that they are 50% cheaper than a full kitchen refit, but based on the quotes we received, this was not accurate in our case.

Based on our experience, it is definitely worth getting quotes for both replacement doors and a full kitchen before committing, as the price difference may not be as big as you might expect.

We had Cindy the salesperson who was very efficient at her job. Artur the fitter came to fit the units and other jobs, and he did an excellent job. The only negative aspect of this company is, that if you are having any gas work done you have to find your own fitter as they do not do gas work. We think that considering the overall charge, that any gas work should be included in the price as it is not easy for people to get gas fitters to come at specific times

What an absolute fantastic job undertaken by the Installer Artur. His work is of excellent standard, attention to detail 101%. Such an organised worker, very respectful of your property, a very polite person, worked hard whilst undertaking the job, and offered some advice. Very proud of his workmanship and good communication throughout by Artur and the Company. From start of enquiry to final project this installation was in such a very timely. This is my 3rd time of using Kitchen Magic and would certainly recommend. Quality of products superb. Started on 30th April and completed on 1st May 26

The process was smooth and efficient. The fitter (Luke) was exceptional. He worked quickly, was very tidy and proactive, suggesting some improvements along the way. The one glitch was an error with the order which became apparent when the surveyor measured the kitchen. That said, the matter was dealt with quickly and fairly by the company.
