Poor communication but good product
Poor communication. Order progress wasn’t updated and neither was the tracking. Now I finally have my products, they are good quality.

Resposta da Kitchenware Express
We’re really pleased to hear that you’re happy with the quality of your products.
That said, we’re very sorry for the lack of communication and tracking updates during your order process. We understand how important it is to stay informed, and we regret any inconvenience or uncertainty this may have caused.
We’re currently reviewing our order tracking and communication systems to help ensure a smoother experience for our customers in the future. Your comments are incredibly helpful in that process.

Circular frying pan
This pan is just as described and so far nothing has stuck to the base so it is very easy to wipe clean. Very pleased with it.

Perfect
Super fast delivery, excellent product, ideal for me. Plus price low enough to afford but doesn't detract from product quality. Thank you 😊

I ordered a 2-door commercial fridge…
I ordered a 2-door commercial fridge for over $3000 to be delivered to a new business on the mall in Brisbane. They emailed to say they were "getting your order ready to be shipped". The following day they emailed me asking for a copy of both sides of my credit card and my drivers licence. I called them and said that I wouldn't give them such information as I am cautious regarding identity theft etc. They had my phone number, business address, email, and they had received full payment and were basically accusing me of being fraudulent. Insane behaviour and they refunded me the payment so i had to waste more time buying from another company. Do not waste your time with this company. They didn't trust me and I certainly wasn't going to trust them with my personal and confidential information. Be careful!!
