Exactly what was promised! Love the mug and so does my partner 🐱

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. However, I’m giving a 4-star review because I think the graphics on my mug are a little grainy, and they don’t look as sharp as they do on the website. Also, even though I paid for expedited shipping, the item arrived days after the delivery window—I was expecting the item to ship out from the warehouse earlier in order for it to arrive on time.

Bought at a gift for my cat mom wife, and she loved them :D

The product is well made and I am delighted with the result.

You've been very honest, clear and professional in all the steps of the way and let's not forget you have a hell of a good product in your hands. Both my wife and daughter absolutely loved the cups.

The mugs are beautiful and came out perfectly just as I had ordered. They are now in Japan with my son and his wife. The quality is fabulous as are the graphics. I highly recommend Kittenfy I’m going to search for more products for myself.

I received fantastic customer service from Kitenfy. A mug I ordered had a small chip in it and they replaced it super quickly for me. Very responsive and friendly and I am so pleased with the mug. Highly recommend

I ordered a mug on Dec 4th and paid $15 extra for express shipping which said 3-7 business days... it has been 11 business days and all I have is a notification that Purolator made a label... I am not sure if this is an issue with the company or with Purolator but I am very disappointed. this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

The print quality is terrible—it’s faded, uneven, and looks like clip art from the '90s. I genuinely believe I could’ve done a better job with free software and my own two hands.

Cute idea but shame the quality is so poor. T shirt/print is very low quality and which is disappointing given the price and that this was bought as a gift :(
