Our estate agent recommended KJD Law for our conveyancing - both selling and buying. We found the staff we dealt with always very helpful and efficient. For the final hurdle Rebekah Cleaver was amazing! She kept us up to date at all times and both the sale of our house and buying our new house wasn’t nearly as stressful as we expected. On completion day we had our keys by lunchtime which was fantastic. We would highly recommend this company for any conveyancing needs and thanks again to Rebekah!

We recently used KJD Law during our house move and I can honestly say the service we received from Rebekah was excellent from start to finish.

I was quite apprehensive going into the process due to having issues with different solicitors in the past, but Rebekah completely put us at ease. She was always patient, always found the time to get back to us, and answered our many questions throughout the process.

Whenever we faced issues that we had not experienced before, Rebekah was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice and guidance. We also had a problem on the completion date that was completely out of our hands, and Rebekah was brilliant that day and helped keep everything moving as smoothly as possible.

Even after completion, I still had a few questions and Rebekah replied very quickly, which was greatly appreciated.

We used KJD for our recent house sale and purchase and they were excellent. Sometimes you only know how good they are when things go wrong. Our original purchase fell through at the point we were due to exchange on the sale of our home. The top of the chain collapsed. We quickly found a new property and Abbie O'Toole managed to have everything arranged for us to complete and move 7 weeks later - possibly delayed by a week as we were on holiday! She was brilliant and explained everything as the process went along and really helped push things along so we didn't lose our buyer. Abbie Lee dealt with the sale of our property and was brilliant too. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!
